Elliotts have managed our property for a few years now and they have always done a great job.

Over the years my family and i have used Elliotts many times, buying, selling and recently renting.
Elliotts are very proactive and realistic agency, with excellent communication throughout.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elliotts, and often do!

Elliotts was recommended to me by a friend. They helped me rent out my property. Steve was nothing but friendly and professional throughout the whole process and I was able to move knowing my property would be completely taken care of.

Elliotts Estate Agents were so thorough at finding our tenant and made the whole process of letting so easy. In particular Steve went above and beyond in supplying everything I needed to know before the tenancy started and a year later when the tenancy finished. I worked with Steve and the team at Elliotts to find a Tennant for my flat; the whole team were great throughout the entire process, answered every question I had as a first time landlord, and kept me and the Tennant up to date with everything we needed to know. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent out a property, or to find a property to rent!

Once I’d found the perfect flat, the super charming Sally ensured that my purchase went through without a hitch. Not only did she answer my queries promptly she would telephone regularly to keep me updated. What a joy in these days when chasing emails up repeatedly has become the new normal.

I have been looking for a place that I can call home
I have started my search in February 2025 and from that date I might have had 10 viewings.
I had one flat that failed through, essentially because of a state agency who honestly did not care too much about me, asking too many questions ( probably the ones that I should not have asked!)
Then , I viewed a flat that I really like and Elliotts came along and their attitude was completely different of the other agents!
Ben was very professional, explaining the process of buying a studio flat very carefully
I recommend them 100%, I had the key before Christmas and yes, definitely, it would be the first people I contact again if needed more advice !
