Elliotts in Hove were fantastic . From the beginning they were so kind to my mum, who really felt listened to and was impressed, we didn't get that same level of service from other companies. My mum feels so lucky to get the property, one we initially dismissed (they were proactive and rang us to convince her to visit but not in a pushy way, they knew my mum better than me)! The purchase was an incredibly stressful time (not their fault, we were also selling a house and had a difficult chain). I have so much more respect for real estate agencies now, who have to juggle multiple roles on a daily basis, from admin to basically being a psychologist, conflict resoluter, miracle worker, all at the same time! Thanks again x

Selling a home particularly one that has so much emotional baggage attached is a very challenging time! Elliotts were really professional and hugely supportive throughout my property purchase. My purchase proved to be complex and they went over and above as the liaison point between myself and the property sellers, and our respective solicitors.

Steve and Sally together with their team made the selection and subsequent purchase of my new home as straight forward and hassle free as possible. As I was travelling from London to view properties it was essential for a degree of flexibility in the viewing of properties. This they organised diligently. Once I had chosen my new home, they oversaw the purchase process with care. They kept an eye on proceedings and were quick to notify me of any issues and also very responsive to any queries I had. All in all, I was very satisfied with the quality of their service.
