Nous ne pouvons pas brancher le propane, car dès que l’on mettait la gazinière en route, une forte odeur envahissez le camping-car dès qu’on mettait l’eau chaude en route à la douche, une erreur se produisait ( er3) . Le slide s’est coincé au bout du 10e jour. Si à chaque fois on avait dû se démerder et ramener le camping-car, faire réparer notre séjour été divisé par trois car étant dans les zones des articles il aurait fallu faire beaucoup de kilomètres avant me trouver un réparateur…. Aucune compassion. Nous avons rendu le camping-car par obligation, car ce n’n’était plus des vacances pour nous trois jours avant le Out

Experience catastrophique. Defaut de conseil de l'agence de L.A qui ne nous à pas imposé d'assurance, du coup on s'est retrouvé non assuré et avons du rendre le vehicule de manière anticipée.

Customer service line was always responsive. Answered all my questions, even when traveling .

First-time driving an RV was a lot of fun and not as difficult as I expected. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly during pickup, making the whole process smooth. The RV itself was clean and well-maintained, and the return process was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience, I would definitely recommend it!

Always a good experience renting at El Monte RV.

We've rented every year for the last 5-6 from El Monte and this was probably the easiest, most seamless, and best year. From checkout to return and our use of the RV in between, we were pleased with all aspects. The RV worked as needed with nice upgrades to the interior space and easy to understand power systems. We'll continue to rent from El Monte in the future.

RV pickup was easy, we decided to extend a day and was able to call and modify our reservation mid-trip. RV was clean and new (less than 2 years old) we considered private rentals before using El Monte. Going thru a company was better than private and the whole process was as easy as renting a car.

Helpful team getting out the door and great experience overall.

The check out took longer than expected. There were hidden fees that seemed suspect. You rent an RV but it doesn't come with any mileage? At least the mileage was only $30 for 100 miles and I only needed 400 miles. Still, kind of weird. Then we were told that the return time was between 9 am and 11 am or we'd be charged $50 for every hour it was after that. Mind you, we picked up the RV at 2 pm - seems like this should have been made clear prior. Fortunately when we checked the RV back in, that process was quick and we were not charged extra money for being an hour later than 11 am.

We had to much problems with the campervan
Electricity: the kitchen part did not work
the propane switch was broken
the citywater was out of order
The display at the kitchenwall was not fixed

We are from Brazil, and was our first time driving a RV. The RV was great. Clean and easy to drive, ours was an RV classe C 32ft with slides out. We were in 4 adults and 2 kids. We have plenty space and comfort.
We stayed at campgrounds with f ull hookups.
We have a problem with the water heating system. Specifically with the propane heating. It took so long to heat the water with the electric system. More than an hour.
Fortunately we don’t stay in cold places for long time.
The staff were generous and helpful.
We don’t call warning the time for picking up the rv so it took some time to prepare the RV at the check in.
Besides the was a great experience, we will do it again!
