This is the second time I have used ELP Arbuthnott McClanachan for a house sale and it was another great experience. The team is responsive, helps explain complex things with ease and moves quickly. A pleasure to work with them, and many special thanks to Kamila and Suzanne!

I have just used ELPAM for the third time to do some conveyancing for me and I can highly recommend their services. The legal team are extremely helpful - I was always able to speak directly with someone and the email communication was very clear throughout the process too. Despite some minor complications, the fee remained as per the original estimate. I look forward to using ELPAM again in the future

We used ELP to both sell our existing flat and buy our new one. They were great to work with - excellent communication,level heads and clear and upfront on pricing and costs. In the unlikely event we move again - let's face it who needs the stress - we'd definitely use them again.

All house purchases are complicated but ELPAM made it as simple and straightforward as can be possible. Bills were reasonable and in good time. Extra advice where pertinent was offered. I shall use them again when required.
