We put our house on the market June 2025 with 2 Loughton estate agents. In 6 months we had very few viewings and no genuine feedback from these agents, spent most of the time chasing them for information. Alex David moved in across the road from us and gave us his good honest opinion on how to sell our property. We took his advice and in Jan 2026 we gave him our house to sell. Immediately 4 good quality viewings 2 offers and house sold within 3 weeks. Completing in 4 weeks time and Alex has handled the whole process from buyers and sellers side extremely professionally. We recommended him to friends who went with Presidential, their open day had 7 viewings and sold next day !! A quality operation from top to bottom. When we decided to sell our Woodford house earlier this year, we initially instructed a well‑known local estate agent. From the very first inquiry through to viewing, bidding, and beyond, Presidential Estates delivered an experience that is genuinely unlike anything I have encountered in the property market. And I say that as someone who has dealt with more than a few estate agents.

From the moment I made contact, the level of professionalism was immediately apparent. Aran, who handled my entire journey, was outstanding: attentive, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest at every stage of the process. What struck me most, however, was something I have rarely experienced before. Presidential Estates actually looked after the buyer, not just the seller.

We had a viewing booked at one of the property that was for sale through Presidential. Jack was the colleague dealing with us. He was extremely professional from the first point of contact till the viewing date. On the day of the viewing he was there early setting up. He was welcoming when we entered the property with my family. He showed us around and ensured us that if we had any questions he would answer and if he doesn't have the answer he would come back to us.
