A wonderful independent shop with gorgeous clothes, boots and accessories and I could probably buy them all. Such a lovely friendly owner and ladies who always make you feel welcome. Purchases are lovingly wrapped in tissue and and then in a great reusable paper carrier. Great place and great service xx

I have nothing but praise for this lovely shop. Everyone working in there is friendly and helpful and provides advice and feedback on clothes I try on. I love the ranges they stock. Good colours, flattering designs and reasonably priced

Fabulous clothing. I HAVE SPENT years looking for trousers that fit!!!! I recommend Elsie and Betts magic trousers for anyone that avoids the trouser rails on the High Street.

Visited the Brighton store
Visited the Brighton store, lovely clothes, good price point, friendly service. Bought a couple of pieces and told about the online service. Ordered a couple of t-shirts via the website. Great quality, arrived promptly & beautifully packaged, little freebie of scent included! Will be a regular shopper I am sure.

Fabulous products and excellent service
My friend recommended Elsie and Betts as I love the things she wears. I ordered a few things and am absolutely over the moon with everything that arrived. They arrived promptly and each item was individually wrapped in tissue paper together with a lovely free sample that smells delightful! The clothes are gorgeous and great quality, I’m now looking for an excuse to wear them all!!

An absolute little gem of a shop
An absolute little gem of a shop! The staff are lovely and so helpful! I always spend more than I intend because there are so many great items to buy. Bought my last items online and once again the service was excellent. So I thoroughly recommend having a browse online or in person..... Also worth checking the weekly online videos on Fb, I have chosen most of my purchases by watching them, its like a personal shopping experience! 🌟
