The blouse that I ordered and the one that I received were not the same and the finish on the wrongly sent one was appalling. I asked for them to collect the item and refund it in full but they would not admit to a mistake and after about six emails the best they could come up with was a 50% refund and I got to keep the one they sent. I certainly don't want it and I doubt a charity shop would accept the poor quality either! AVOID THIS COLLECTION OF RACKETEERS.

Absolute rubbish! Took forever to arrive; very poor quality dress; totally different colour to one ordered; stitching coming loose and threads hanging off sleeves; arrived stuffed in a tiny plastic bag with so many creases would be impossible to get rid of them. When asked for refund and to return goods was told I couldn’t and was offered 15% refund or 50% store credit to use on another purchase : I’m not that stupid to get caught twice by this terrible company. ABSOLUTE SCAM. Avoid at all costs!! Shouldn’t be allowed to trade or get away with operating this way.

Very poor, took a long time to deliver and the goods were poor quality and shapeless. I ordered 3 dresses which looked very different to the pictures. Tried to return but address is China with a very long address and very little hope of the goods getting there! Incurring more cost.

Totally agree with all the reviews that I have just read. Absolutely rubbish quality and the worst I have ever seen. Offered 15% refund. An absolute scam. I am following this up with trading standards.

Do not order! Waited three weeks for the dresses and they are awful. Poor material, terrible fit. Returns are to china at customer expense. Offered me a refund of 15% of value.

Please do not order from them. I received an item that was totally different to what I ordered and the material was very poor with a collar when the item I had paid for had no collar and the colour was not right. They expect you to pay for returns to China and only offer 30% refund . Absolutely disgusting

Cheap rubbish, nothing like the garment advertised. Returns are to China at the customers expense. Total scam.

The blouse I saw on the website had colour through to inside looked like a cheesecloth or linen material with embroidery the collar was a grandad style, that is definately not what I recieved cheap and Nast with a collar and white inside so the colour and pattern must have just been transferred onto one side,. Turned out to be a very expensive duster or cleaning cloth as I wouldn’t be seen dead in it. Will most definitley not be purchasing anything else. Once bitten twice shy.

Scam scam scam. Ordered what appeared to be a quality cotton top which in reality is a disgusting cheap nylon thing you wouldn't be able to give away. Despite their promises of full refunds ect ect I've been told they would love to receive return and refund but it wouldn't be ethical to ship it back to them blah blah absolute rip off. How are they getting away with this??

The items I have received are very poor quality. The fabric is cheap and nasty. There are no labels so I don't know what the fabrics are but they're certainly not the woven linen and cotton mix and luxury velvet that was advertised.

The dress delivered to me was made from cheap photographed man made fabric not the woven fabric shown on their website- really unpleasant, also the buttons are much smaller than in the photo . They offered me a 30% refund to keep the dress but I would be embarrassed to be seen wearing it . To return it would be so expensive and they would not pay the postage even though the dress was not as advertised .
I believe this company is using AI as there is now another site using the same images of the “sisters”.
I would be very wary buying anything from them I believe I have been scammed .

The website gives a detailed back story about the London boutique before offering heavy discounts to launch their online venture.
BEWARE
The products come from China, where they have to be returned at the purchasers cost if size or quality is not acceptable.
Its a classic Chinese scam following the usual pattern of - long delivery
( first red flag)- keep the poor quality item for a discount (2nd red flag) ending with return to China at your own cost (3rd red flag) knowing that no one would do that because of the cost and if you did, they would probably deny receiving it.
This website deliberately sets out to give the impression that they are in London so you don't check

I was caught and will apply for Chargeback

I ordered a dress from this company after looking at their merchandise online. Firstly the dress came from China, not from their London base. (You don’t know this unless you search their website thoroughly for their Shipping Policy) The photo of the dress and material sample on the order page clearly shows a good quality cotton stripe. The dress that arrived is Elastane/polyester mix of the shabbiest quality, and is not the size I ordered. I have asked to return it. The email from their ‘customer service’ department says I have to pay to return it to China including customs fees. There is no mention of a refund. Instead they suggest I order another dress, in the correct size, for a discounted price, and …‘There is no need to return the current item—you’re welcome to keep it and either gift it to a friend or sell it if you wish’…
How does a business operate in this way? I will be taking advice from Trading Standards.
