I am rating the ELTA courier service specifically, and I have to say that they are no longer a courier or a service.
It has been about over a year that absolutely no package arrives in a timely manner, domestic shipments take over two weeks to be delivered, they don't pick up the phone...
They only answer emails, apologising for the delays and always blaming their extremely huge amount of deliveries where the real reason is they are understaffed and shouldn't be accepting new customers they cannot handle.

Avoid at all costs, I hope they overcome this

Αργούν πάντα παρα πολύ και δεν σε ενημερώνουν ποτέ για τίποτα. Άσε που ζητάς να βαλουν το δέμα σου σε θυρίδα να πας να το πάρεις οπότε θες, και στο tracking λέει ότι ήρθε ο courier και δεν σε βρήκε, και ότι θα γίνει εκ νέου προσπάθεια παράδοσης. Ενώ έχεις επιλέξει παράδοση σε θυρίδα. Επίσης δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνα.

Six weeks ago we sent 10 postcards from Kalambaka. On each card a stamp of 2 euros... Today (!) the cards arrived at our dutch friends

I am waiting for delivery of 6 parcels most of them show in transit from Pirauis since 24th June with no updates on the tracking system
These parcels were collected between 16th and 19th June
What a disgrace!!!

We paid a premium for express international delivery from Greece — expecting reliability, professionalism, and efficiency. Instead, the package has been stuck at the Athens airport for over seven days, with no updates or transparency.

This delay defeats the entire purpose of express shipping. Worse, the complete lack of communication reflects a serious failure in customer service and logistics.

Unless this is resolved immediately, I will be taking further action and strongly discouraging others from using this service. At this price point, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable.

As with everyone else. Slow service is one thing - you can blame staff shortages for that, or lack of training or whatever. But the customer service is absolutely appalling. Not only are they incompetent (again, you could blame a lack of training or poorly planned process for that), but they are outright hostile from the very greeting. I just had a customer service agent try to scold me (!) because SHE misheard me over the phone and put in the wrong code. Of course it turned out she couldn’t help me, surprise surprise! Horrific. I get better customer service at the periptero. Use any other delivery service - this might seem like the more economical option, but trust me, there’s a reason. If you actually care about it reaching its destination, avoid ELTA like the plague.

Καθυστερήσεις στις παραδόσεις, τόσα χρόνια δεν έχει αλλάξει τίποτα, και από εξυπηρέτηση γράφεις παράπονο και σε γράφουν, δεν σου απαντάνε καν, δεν συζητάμε να συντομεύσει η παράδοση του δέματος, ούτε καν.

Well what can i write about this courier that others havent wrote here ? It is one of the worst companies in the field of delivery, service and reviews. When we want to describe the modern Greek culture, Elta Courier is exactly the company. No one takes responsibility for their actions and this is audacity when there are no consequences.Simple like that

ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ! Έστειλα υπολογιστή μεγάλης αξίας σε εύθραυστο δέμα και έφτασε με το πλαϊνό τζάμι θρυμματισμένο και τις γωνίες του κουτιού χτυπημένες και παραμορφωμένες. Η ζημιά είναι τεράστια και η απάντηση που έλαβα από την αγενέστατη και επιθετική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών είναι: «Που ξέρω εγώ ότι δεν τον έσπασες εσύ;» Στην απάντηση μου ότι μπορώ να το αποδείξω με φωτογραφίες και βίντεο πριν και μετά την αποστολή αναφέρθηκε ότι θα πάρω το πολύ 20-30€ ΑΝ κριθεί ότι χρήζει αποζημίωσης με συμφραζόμενα ότι δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να αποζημιωθώ.

Experience from 3 missions. The 2 were lost and I am waiting for the third letter, from 2 months ago. When they send me correspondence with this company owned by Eurobank, I consider it a loss in advance.

Wenn weniger als 1 stern geben würde hätte ich gemacht.

My package has been stuck at the airport for a month. I have received no updates. I didn't get a reply to my contact form for a few days now.

Man bekommt im Postamt Koroni einen Verfolgungsnummer, wenn man diese auf Tracking eingibt kommt Tagelang nur das man es in Koroni aufgegeben hat. Man kann mit dieser Nummer gar nix verfolgen, also was soll das dann???? Absolut unzuverlässigen Post !!!!

Worst service internationally

Μια υπηρεσία κατεστραμμένη όπως ολόκληρη η χώρα. Ένα τηλεφωνικό κέντρο όπου επι ακριβώς 40 λεπτά δεν απαντάει κανεις

Worst call center agents ever. Very rude and not willing to help at all.

Παραδόσεις 8:30π.μ απο το κατάστημά σας στο Αιγάλεω, σε επαγγελματικό χώρο, πόσο παραγωγική διαχείριση διαλογής μπορεί να θεωρηθεί?

Worst courier services ever. At least in Rhodes Greece they are waiting for you to go collect rather than deliver as they are supposed to.
