Been nearly a month since I ordered. Haven’t heard anything from customer service after emailing. Have put in a refund request with my bank.

Placed my order on April 20th & it is now May 1st which by now I should have expected my parcel as it said 3-5 days when I ordered

Absolute disgrace!! I placed my order on April 16'th it is now May 1'st, ive checked the tracking page for my order which is saying it has been delivered when in reality it HAS NOT!! I even paid extra fpr shipping protection and still haven't recieved my order, very disappointed!!

The worst experience of online shopping i have ever dealt with. They dont comunicate with you at all even though the website says they will. I have been waiting since April 5 for my order and all that I see is that it is on its way.

I would give minus reviews if I could. I ordered the beginning of April. I got a confirmation of order receipt. I never heard from them again. I have sent them numerous e mails to which I got not response. Shop has my info saying they are still waiting for info from the company. Another place said my ordered was delivered to an address in Michigan. I live in North Carolina.
They have no phone number to contact them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE!!!

I ordered 2 hoodie sets from this company on 30 March for a long haul flight for my daughter and I, I even paid for shipping protection after mixed reviews. By 7th April it was delivered by FedEx to a place in London...I live 400 miles away I Scotland!!!
Emails were ignored, thankfully I used PayPal and got a full refund. On the PayPal investigation they said it had been delivered and I was asked for the refund to be returned even though I could prove the delivery address and phone number were not mine....total scam!!!

Hoodie ordered 30th March delivered by FedEx to someone in Slough and signed for I live in Scotland FedEx has no record of my address. Although I was notified. I have contacted Elvina at least 5 times and no response. I did not realise I'd paid by Shoppay and not PayPal so I have no comeback. Disgusted.

Do not buy from this company. You place your order, pay your money and then never hear from them again. Absolute scammers. There's £31 I'll never get back again.

Never respond to emails even though it's says on site usually responds in 24h haven't received item that was ordered and cannot even track it very disappointed
