Die Preise für die Jacken sind ok, aber die Größenangaben sind katastrophal! Ich hatte zwei Jacken in M und eine in L bestellt, obwohl ich eigentlich M trage. Die eine M war zu klein, die andere M war viel zu groß und die L passte. Rückversand lasten sie dem Käufer auf, d.h. aus Deutschland dann 17,50€ bezahlt für Rückversand! Nie mehr wieder! Die Qualität scheint auch nur MIttelmaß zu sein, da ich nach dem Waschen der Jacke einige Fusseln entdeckt habe, die anscheinend aus der Jacke austreten.

In November 2024, I purchased a winter jacket from Elvine (model Reece, size M) for €419. After just three weeks, the zipper broke – a clear quality defect, which I reported directly to the manufacturer.

Elvine’s response was beyond disappointing: Instead of offering an appropriate solution such as a repair, replacement, or exchange, they suggested sending a replacement zipper to the retailer, so I could pick it up and let a tailor to have it sewn in.

For a product in this price range, such handling of customers is unacceptable. Elvine shifts the responsibility for quality defects onto the customer instead of addressing them directly. At the moment it is winter and temperature is below 10 degree outside. I have. This is not only poor customer service but outright disrespectful to buyers who pay for premium products and expect to be treated accordingly.

I will avoid Elvine in the future and strongly advise against purchasing products from this brand if you value quality and customer service.

I love it HOWEVER the zipper is impossible to zip by yourself. That’s not normal. I have never had such a problem with any of my other coats. Someone needs to stand in front of me to zip my coat which is super silly. Zipper is super problematic. Except for that, it keeps you dry and warm.

My 3rd Elvine jacket!! My 2nd one was stolen. My first was the The Reese. I already fell in love with this jacket but the Gunter even works better for me. That is why I bought another Gunter jacket These are quality jackets worth the investment because they are nog cheap. But normally I wear them for more than 3 years as well. Perfect warm in winter, and even in spring and autumn on warm days I can wear this jacket over a T-shirt as it is so breathable. And here in the Netherlands the water resistance does its job as well. Great coats, great design! Elaine, you've got a fan..!

Blixtläset i min jacka började krångla redan efter ca 30 användningar, nu får jag trixa i flera minuter och om jag har tur så funkar det.

Wow, vilket service.
Först och främst är jag supernöjd med jackan jag köpte.
Utöver det måste jag berkligen ge 5st guldstjärnor till Elvines kundsupport. Jag var verklgien inte en enkel kund på grund av byten av storlekar och till och med modeller. Men inte en enda gång upplevde jag att man var besvärad eller tyckte jag var krånlig.
Det är så här det ska kännas att handal kläder på en webbshop. Man ska känna sig trygg i att butiken från start till stop finns där för att hjälpa dig att hitta just den jacka (eller vad det nu kan tänkas vara) som blir perfekt på dig.
