Embrace leasing are a truly excellent lease company to contact. This is my first contract with them having leased regularly with other companies. Their services were prompt, friendly, and very efficient. They answered my questions, checked my needs and provided the exact vehicle I desired . I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable leasing company. From my first phone call to delivery of my vehicle it was excellent.

Great company to deal with…
Great company to deal with both the sales and the lease admin teams. Very helpful and accommodating (when the recent EV grant kicked in after signing the docs and prior to delivery they were able to requote and reduce the lease cost prior to delivery). Also they were able improve the delivery from the dealer to meet a personal hard deadline. So very happy with the service and response times to many queries and requests.

Incredible service from start to finish!
Adam in sales was really helpful when I was let down at the last minute by another leasing company. Although they were unable to secure the same vehicle within my tight timeframe (2 weeks!) they came up with a much better alternative for around the same price and the car was delivered in 10 days! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, I'm one happy customer!

Amazing Service
Wow, what an excellent company who are happy to help at any stage of the process. I have spoken to Aby initially and then Mandy and Ned in after sales. I hadn’t leased a car before so I had a few concerns and they were always happy to help answering and queries and concerns. The whole process was very easy. Highly recommend, what a great company!

Almost too good to be true
This company has done everything that I wanted them to do. Their prices were very competitive (much lower than the main dealers), they could offer a 2 year deal on a hybrid vehicle whilst I am deciding about going fully electric which nobody else was offering. All of my questions were answered swiftly, when we had to change the date because of the collection of my old car, Embrace were very helpful. When the car was delivered without car mats Embrace contacted the dealer and the mats were delivered 2 days later.

The Excellent Result At The End Of An Extensive Search
When I did my search for a new lease vehicle, it was nationwide and you can imagine my surprise when I found one just round the corner from me. The price and terms were great, and Joe always got back to me extremely promptly with any queries. When I had decided on the car and ordered it, communication was clear and everything was done as promised. When there was a problem with Hyundai UK, Mandy and the customer service team kept me updated and in the end there was no change to delivery date or inconvenience to me so well done team for working behind the scenes to get my car to me as expected.

Aby and Mandy are amazing. They supported me throughout. The deal appeared to be too good to be true. After digging around I was reassured this was a professional business who provide excellent deals and service. Mandy was great at helping me getting my car for my first day of work on the new job. She was very graceful with my 4389 questions I fired off at her! I would certainly look at leasing with them again when this plan expires. Thank you.
