Need to be able to give 0 zero stars! Scam company, I got done! Realized soon after unfortunately. You will never receive your items (and from the sounds of other reviews, probably for the best!) and any requests for a refund or to cancel order are refused. The tracking they send you doesn’t even exist! I’ve done a chargeback through my bank. Don’t be fooled like I was. They are not Aussie owned, there is no acn related to them and the funds are charged from the UK. 😩

I ordered a dress for an event and has been a month and nothing. Emailed the company and said it would be shipped ASAP. It’s been 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing. Tracking is very hard to follow too. Do not bother with this website!!

Terrible a scam. With all saying this is a scam did the credit card company assist with flagging?

Total scam! It seems like everyone has the same story except for the totally fake 5 star reviews on here which seem AI generated. Ordered a dress 3 weeks ago and never shipped and when I reached out they pretended like it was a top priority and still haven’t heard anything. I’m going to try and get my credit card company to remove the purchase! Don’t waste your time.

AWFUL! Its a total scam, the dresses look nothing like the photos and they are based in China so absolutely no hope of returns!!!

Ordered a dress to wear to a wedding over 2.5 months ago and still no sign of the ordered. I’ve reached out multiple times and each time they say it’s a top priority, but still have not been able to fulfil the order. I request a refund after 2 months had gone by, and still nothing has been done. I had read all the bad reviews of this site before and still decided to give it a shot, but would advise everyone to think twice before ordering from here!!

I ordered a dress for a wedding and it took over 2 months to arrive, the dress never arrived in time for the wedding so I requested a return which they gave me an address in China, paid for international postage and post bag to be shipped. It’s now been going on for 5 months and yesterday the dress ended up back in my letterbox! The website is a fake, the dresses are take off designer dresses, the communication and customer service is disgusting! Never replied to my emails, gave me a fake return address, still haven’t received my refund and I’m still fighting it. A company like this should be shut down! Will never recommend this site to anyone!

They clearly take photos from legitimate brands and then send a knock off, bad quality version of the clothes. Polyester and cheaply made. Avoid!

I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this store.

I ordered a dress that arrived looking completely different to the photos — the quality was poor, and it was not as pictured. I followed all return instructions and sent it back to the address the company provided in China. After weeks of international shipping delays, the parcel was returned to me marked “not collected” or “refused.”

I’ve emailed the company multiple times with no response and no refund.

I’ve been left out of pocket despite doing everything right — simply because they refused to accept the return.

This experience has been incredibly disappointing and feels like a tactic to avoid issuing refunds. I’ve now had to go through my credit card provider to dispute the charge.

Terrible customer service and an unfair returns process. Shop elsewhere if you want peace of mind.

I would give 0 stars if I could! All the positive reviews on this website are surely fake. The images are stolen off other websites and then cheap fakes are drop shipped from China. When you complain, they ask you to post it back to China at your own expense and lie about the cost of the goods. DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE!

Ordered Emma Ruffle Pleated Maxi Dress back on June 6th, and I have still yet to receive my dress. It has been almost 7 weeks at this point. I have reached out to customer service who were no help, claiming that there were "courier issues" with the shipment but could not give me any further details, nor compensation for my wasted money. I ordered this dress for an upcoming holiday which I thought I'd given enough time (again, 7 weeks ago!). However, my holiday starts tomorrow and no sign of the dress and the tracking still says "info received June 6th". Incredibly disappointed not only in the business but myself for thinking this wasn't just another scam website. At this point, I'm expecting to never receive my order.

Any positive reviews have to be fake. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They claim to be based in Australia but their products ship from China. I reached out to them prior to placing an order to confirm the quality of the product. They lied to me. When my package finally arrived, I was missing one item and the other item was improperly described. When I reached out, they pointed me to their refund policy. I explained that would make sense had I not been misadvised by them and lacking one entire item. I have gone back and forth with them for months. They've told me multiple I would get a refund which I have yet to receive. They no longer reply to me and when I reached out to the bank about the fraudulent charge I placed with them, they told me the company said I received all of my items and there were no issues. SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRASH COMPANY.

I ordered a dress from "Emelia The Label" and contacted the company the day after it arrived to report that the item was faulty. The dress was poorly made, with the neckline sewn in a way that exposed the inside facing—making it unwearable.
Despite their website clearly stating that a full refund is offered for faulty items (Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return unless deemed faulty), I was only offered a store credit. After reminding them of their own policy, I was then offered a 20% refund, which later increased to 30%—still not in line with their advertised commitment.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, particularly given that their warehouse is based in China, which may explain some of the quality and customer service challenges.
I would urge other shoppers who experience similar issues to report them to the ACCC - As I have. Businesses must be held accountable for misleading refund practices and for failing to uphold consumer rights.

Quality of the dress was so cheap..did not look like the reference picture at all. Went to return and could only return for store credit and had to cover shipping costs myself (back to China, so intl. shipping). Not worth it..do not shop here.

Do not order from this company. They send the completely wrong item, thats so cheap and has no tag. They then claim to have refund issues and keep your money. ITS A SCAM

I ordered the Emma Ruffle Maxi Dress from Emelia The Label on May 15th. It was supposed to arrive early to mid-June and ship from Australia, but it never shipped and is actually coming from China. Very misleading and still no resolution or refund.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Do not order from this company - they are a Chinese based company that steal designs from other brands and then make a cheap version that they then take over a month to deliver to you. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a suede coat through Emelia the label. It took around a month to arrive even though it said I was ordering from Australia. The coat was well made, but the material is absolutely disgusting and nothing like what was pictured. I spoke to customer service, they only offered me and store credit or exchange, useless to me as I would never purchase anything from them ever again and would never recommend their store. So now I am the not-so-proud owner of the worlds ugliest coat...I would have given zero stars if that were an option
