Excellent service, as always

Stunning quality and beautifully finished shirts in sensible, flattering, timeless styles with a really top selection of colours and fabrics. Worth the money. Staff were also exceptionally helpful and courteous.

I asked the company to make a shirt I dreamed about and they were able to produce it in less than two weeks. The shirt looked and fit beautifully. It is comfortable and fashionable. Truly an amazing company.

There are not enough stars or amount of praise I can offer for the service, cloths and handmade clothes from Emma Willis's shop. Simply perfect.

I'd rather not be writing this review as I really like the brand and would like to make it clear that the 3 shirts in question are lovely things. Great fit and colour. I am therefore trying to be fair on the review.

My issue is more the approach to customer service and ownership - a bug bear of mine. I have therefore not starred this review as a 1* because that would not reflect the beauty of the shirts.

I bought three shirts from EW. two Linen and one white dress shirt, same neck size - the same as all of my other Jermyn Street shirts. I wear the linen shirts sparingly over summer - no other seasons - and launder carefully. The white dress shirt is worn all the time. One of the linen shirts has started to fray on the collar. Not a small fray, a considerable one. The other 2 are fine! I made this clear in my email.

I took a picture and sent it to the email on the website, and waited. The reply came after a wait and apparently the delay was down to holidays!

I was told the linen was Italian and was not as robust as Irish and I understand this, however the other linen shirt is still in good condition so I suggested that this wasn't the issue.

The next bit takes some believing.. it was implied that the fraying could be because I have the wrong collar size.. Really! The other two shirts are fine, as are the hundred + other shirts I have worn from Jermyn Street.. My tailor has also taken my collar size for bespoke garments and it's been the same since 1996.

I was offered a half price collar replacement for £60..

I emailed my response to the "wrong neck size email" but had to chase as the EW response was not forthcoming.

Sorry but this is not my fault and for a garment that retails at £310+ from a brand that champions quality
this is not acceptable. This is not a cheap throw away garment.

I would like to repeat that I am trying to be respectful on the review because the other garments are really fabulous, however my next JS shirt will not be bought from EW as the brand talk does not match reality.

The bespoke shirt experience doesn’t get better than with Emma Willis and her brilliant team.

Great experience - the member of staff at the shop who helped me was amazing. Product once delivered exceeded expectations.

The staff were very helpful. I was a bit annoyed that when I looked at your website and found that I could have purchased the same shirt and had it sent to Australia where I live for much less than I paid in the shop

Excellent prompt service and super high quality products!

Employee service and attention was quite indifferent and at a time when the store was empty and I was the only customer. I ended up buying 3 shirts but that's simply because I liked the products.

It was my first time shopping at your store because I wanted to get to know your brand better. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing.

A sales associate approached me initially, but while I was asking her a question, another gentleman arrived. She immediately stopped assisting me and turned her attention to him. It seemed they knew each other, although I can’t be certain. She never came back to continue helping me.

I mentioned that I was looking for shirts in different colors, but instead of assisting me or introducing your collection, she looked at me in a way that made me feel uncomfortable.

In the end, I bought one white shirt and left. I hope you’ll take this feedback constructively, as first impressions are very important.
