Excellent service and great experience

The problem with emop is that their cleaners do not have advanced equipment. The cleaner I got cleaned my carpet using hands and the cleaning machine he got did not have steam cleaning option and was very basic, due to which the dirt did not go away. They also have unnecessary extra high charges, and no one will pick your phone from customer care if there are any issues.I would recommend using a local cleaning company rather than wasting money on this

I recommend emop to everyone who’s looking for good reliable experience cleaner , eMop is the place.

Booked a "4h Deep Clean", house was left filthy.
Surfaces were barely cleaned, under tables, sofa etc was not even touched. Most windowsills were not even dusted, and neither were the various handles etc.
I was charged an extra £15 to have a cleaner bring a professional hoover, only for her to show up with the tiniest hand hoover possible, hence not appropriate for a deep clean.

Working with emop is a great reward for me I love how they will take you through the whole process with a great understanding of how everything is done,very friendly people and I would like to thank salta for such a wonderful service you give your a ⭐ .

I Would not recommend this service - Twice the cleaners have tripped my electrics on my stove and today one has flooded my bathroom, to the point where my living room has water coming through!

They constantly book cleaners who are scared of dogs, even though I select the option that I have pets and have added additional comments to the booking. I wouldn't mind, she is a 4 month old pug puppy... but I'm still having to lock her outside for the duration of the clean to accommodate.

eMop do not take the same responsibility for the staff, as they're a 'Booking' service. They've also been unresponsive to my contact attempt twice on their 'chat' channel on the website.

Just utilise someone local and avoid eMop all together.

eMop's customer service was really excellent. The booking process was easy and they've been extremely helpful in resolving an issue for us after parts of our clean were missed.

The self employment system is very easy and fast. Roxanne was a brilliant person who works with them and has helped me.

Avoid at All Costs – £160 for a Standard Clean and Extra Charges!
I paid £160 expecting a deep clean, and what I got was a very standard, basic service. The cleaner herself was polite and seemed competent, so this isn’t about her personally – but the service provided by the company is a complete rip-off.

For £160, all they did was mop the floors in 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – nothing else! Even the kitchen wasn’t included, which is absolutely ridiculous for what they call a “deep clean”. I had to pay separately for carpet cleaning. The floor mopping was mediocre at best, and the rest of the flat was left untouched. They didn’t even clear the table – just basic tasks you’d expect weren’t done.

To top it all off, they added an extra £2 charge because the cleaner supposedly worked two hours longer – when in reality she spent about 10 minutes simply talking to me. It felt like they were looking for excuses to charge more.

I’m absolutely shocked. This was not a deep clean by any definition – just a very standard clean with premium pricing. £160+ completely wasted. I would never use this company again and strongly advise others to stay away.
