Delivery was prompt (and free) and via a reputable courier with good delivery information. My decorator really liked using the products - he said the primer and the paint were very good, easy to use, and great coverage. The paint is not cheap but I don't want to do the job again and I know this will last. I wanted a product that is very solar reflective to stop my brick walls from absorbing the heat and transferring it inside (a real problem over the scorching summer), so I chose Emperor for that reason, and of course in white for max effectiveness!

Mainly happy with emperor paint so far! Quick delivery. Have used on two full properties now. One had been painted before , one was bare dashing. Fantastic finish Good opacity , quite thick so definitely use a mixer before use as recommended. Will be interested to see how long it lasts but will definitely be using in the future if customers are willing to pay the price

great coverage , has the consistency of double cream, painted our 170 year old cottage with one coat of white paint, the cottage was dirty and hadn’t been painted for many years, I have had 3x10 litres tubs, so many walkers passing the cottage say what a difference, the white stands out for miles

Great paint and is more expensive than its competitors but I’m paying for quality and hopefully an external paint that will last much longer.
Only disappointment was the shipping costs to N.Ireland were very high

Emperor paint is excellent
Emperor paint is excellent; easy to apply, and does what it says on the tin. It has an attractive finish. I would recommend it. Customer Service is also excellent I can vouch for that first hand. A caveat - although delivery is free, I’ve already paid an extra £60 for postage (Highlands surcharge) despite only living 20 minutes from the courier’s depot in the city of Inverness.
