Dress is a different colour to what was on the website and quality is very poor. I have emailed their so called support team 3 times now to issue a refund/return and there has been no response.

I'd give Emyri a half star if that were possible. I ordered a pair of boots that took 10 days to be dispatched, then when I received them two weeks later I couldn't even get them on. They were designed for people with no heels. I have since emailed 'customer service' multiple times and heard nothing back. They are a shit company, selling shit products that don't even match the photos on their site. Don't waste your money on this crappy business.

Bought a bracelet collection from these muppets. It was just a small present for my partners 70th birthday. It arrived after 2 weeks and was simply of crap quality and suitable for a skinny child. Emailed them twice no response. Luckily I bought it by credit card. Refund in full coming my way. Don’t by off these rogues.

Never received the product- a complete scam

Ordered a dress for a wedding.. no response to any emails..took money and no dress..absolute scammers..do not use this company.. now no dress for wedding and I'm the mother of the groom..disgusting to take money and destroy someone's special day with her only son..emailed several times and no response..checked website with my order number and surprise surprise my order does not exist!!!!!

I ordered two skirts 9 days ago, I don't have any information at all. I wrote them asking about my order several days ago, and haven't heard anything back. If they don't respond, I'll have to stop payment, since I was already charged.

Don’t purchase from this site. It’s been 15 days since I purchased from them and they still haven’t shipped my items or provided any updates to any emails.

An update: I ordered a dress on 16th May it is now the 19th June - after complaining half a dozen times still no response from the 24/7 customer service! Now I've had an email from Relay awaiting a delivery from China! Never again will I order from a company advertised on Instagram and before checking on Trustpilot DO NOT ORDER from this company.

I have sent 5 emails to customer support email on my most recent order and had no response on how to return my items. I'm now having to go through Klarna and raise a complaint against this online retailer to get my money back.

Good quality product but it took weeks to arrive and when you contact the company they don’t reply.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered two items of clothing in may and I have contacted them several times to try and arrange a return and I have heard nothing back. I think this company is a scam.

Poor quality order, absolutely no response from customer service, have emailed 5 times over 2 weeks trying to place a return and nothing. Website says 24h response times but don't believe it
