Garry Kidd made this so user friendly and stress free! I'm 48 and not the best with IT but Garry took myself and a college through our level 7 NVQ. He didn't rush us and made sure that we were ready (with reminder emails) for all the assessments. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to further their education. And if you do get Garry it will almost be a pleasure...... Thanks guys

Great support and guidance throughout my NVQ Level 6
I’ve just finished my NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management with Endeavour Training, and honestly, the whole experience was really smooth and supportive from start to finish. My assessor was great — always available when I needed help or clarification, and the feedback I got was clear and useful.
The online system was easy to use, and the process felt well organised, which made balancing work and study much easier. I always felt guided and encouraged through each unit. Would definitely recommend Endeavour to anyone looking to progress in construction management — they make the NVQ process straightforward and stress-free.

Level 7 NVQ with Endeavour
I recently completed my Level 7 NVQ in Construction Senior Management with Endeavour Training and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The support from my Assessor Matt Burridge was excellent, providing clear guidance and constructive feedback throughout the process. His knowledge and expertise made the qualification both achievable and highly valuable for my career. The whole process was well structured, efficient and tailored to suit my work commitments. I subsequently went on to successfully complete my Professional Review for Membership of CIOB through Endeavour Training.
