I recently completed the Level 5 Diploma in Fire Safety & Risk Management with Endeavour Group, and it was excellent from start to finish. Matt is a great assessor and was very helpful in providing the best pointers and in pushing me to keep progresses on schedule. He really helped me out patiently throughout the whole process setting weekly reviews which allowed me to pass the course fairly quickly.

The course itself it's quite interesting and I felt it pushed me to challenge my own knowledge and helped to understand better my strengths and weaknesses, identifying next steps for my personal development.

Onboarding & plan: Endeavour started with a clear skills scan and built a realistic roadmap with milestones. Instead of pushing generic guidance, they mapped the NVQ7 standards to the work I actually deliver—QA/ITPs, RAMS, FIP planning, programme and cost control, risk registers, stakeholder minutes, CQV deliverables, and change control.
