when the surveyor's initially came out they were very professional, explaining all the procedures. we were given a installation date, which was yesterday.
The guy (Ezra) that came to install the boiler was a pleasure to have in the house. very polite to the point that he even closed doors behind him to ensure our dogs didn't get out. he was courteous throughout the day & didn't have a lunch break. The whole process went without even the smallest glitch

Wasn't sure about using a energy switching company, but I saw it advertised by a friend, so thought I would give it a go.
So glad I did. Really easy to set up details then they do the rest. Saving me £188 this year - all I had to do was send Meter reading. Absolutely frilled!

5*****’s all round, very quick chat with an agent, switched to Scottish power & they do everything 👌 very impressed.

Fantastic service from start to finish with the install of my new boiler. I was informed of progress on a weekly basis and my boiler was fitted within a few weeks with a great job done and minimal mess. Very pleased indeed

I can wholeheartedly recommend Energy Watch as their customer service is excellent (Thank you Susan for being so helpful and prompt), I switched to Octopus energy as their prices are hugely competitive, statements easy to understand, and they reward their customers if they recommend their friends (who also get a financial reward). I am so pleased I switched to them after being recommended myself. 😀😀😀

I can’t praise energy watch UK enough and would definitely recommended them. My boiler broke down during freezing cold weather and they got me an amazing deal on a top of the range boiler which was fitted in no time and is super economical. I was so pleased with the service I had from Chandler that I went back to them for help in switching energy suppliers. Again I got an amazing deal and now enjoy a new boiler and new supplier which is now so much cheaper to run and will save me lots of money. I enquired about a new boiler and within an hour, a member of their team had given me a call. The man I spoke to was really helpful and within a week i’d had replies to my job and hired my installer! I now have a lovely warm home and instant hot water : )
I also had a follow up email to save money on my energy : ) winner winner all round : )

My opinion of this company is definitely 5 ***** from start to finish & they were very quick with switching my gas & electricity over, saving me a small fortune.
