The workmen were late and I had to ring to find out what time to expect them. The courteous thing to do would have been to telephone me. However, their was has been very satisfactory.

The engineers were very polite and professional. They explained to us what to expect on their preliminary visit. They were done within the time they told us and our new boiler works a treat. We have a contact number to contact if we need to. So far we have not needed to a week in. We are very happy with Energy Watch.
