Enerqi states it's charger works on Samsung a12 and above and iPhone above iPhone 5. We tried on both, mine and my daughters. Only thing that works is there stupid little plastic led piece of plastic to show where the best signal is. They have a fake address and fake phone #. It's a scam. There's endless claims on online. Wish I would have researches first. Guess that's what consumers have e to do nowdays. SAD!!! SO SICK OF THESE GARBAGE PRODUCRS MADE IN CHINA. HOPE TO GOD WE CAN START MAKING MORE AMERICAN MADE PRODUCTS. SICK OF CHINA.

Avoid this company. I ordered a nano on November 21st, 2024. Today, 11/30, the order is still unfulfilled. I have emailed them and tried to contact them on their support chat app online to no avail. I have not received a response. I am not confident that they will respond so I will continue to reach out and report so that others will not make the same mistake. I am a senior and can't believe that they just took my money. This was supposed to be a christmas gift. Now the person will recieve nothing. I am very disappointed.

Order not delivered , sent 15 emails and not a single reply ,,,,,,, a total scam , avoid at all costs

This has to be the worse company and customer service ever! I have been dealing with them for months for a defective product and nothing. No answer and I get the run around.
Then they tell
Me I have a 5 day window, to request a return! What is that! I reported them
To the California better business bureau and haven’t heard back. This is ridiculous. They take your money and run. I had a bad feeling when they didn’t have a customer service line. Do not buy!!!!!

Can I give ZERO stars?
I ordered 2 products from EnerQI and never received them. I contacting the customer service every week an all I get is a lame automated response. I still have not received anything from them, I payed 245 $ and I still have nothing. very bad service, and lousy support.

This might be the worlds worst company!! After taking everyones money from a kickstarter project several years ago they pop up DBA as EnerQi. I have been using every possible way to contact them. I do get responses but they keep saying the same thing over and over...."we are workin very hard to ship your order"!!

SCAM ALERT!!! There are plenty of alternatives.

I purchased the wireless charger about a month ago. It arrived within 8 days but did NOT work. It does not charge any of my apple devices but the included test board said it worked.

I contacted them and since they are small each troubleshooting step took days... they have an online chat but nobody is on the line they answer via email.

After lots of resets and testing it still doesn't work. I asked for a refund and they said their policy says that I needed to ask within a 5 day window.

Normally that's for if you change your mind... not if they send you trash. Now I'm stuck with a brick and they have my money.

I ordered 2 of these products thinking it'd be great addition to my office desk. they sent me 3 and not a single one of them did what they claim to do OR actually charge a device. left 2 different iphones on them and 1 android. none of them charged for being on there an hour or longer. one actually loss battery life. it wont charge anything from a distance like it claims. if you move the device even 2 Cm it WILL stop charging. and its now been almost 2 weeks since i requested a refund and they have yet to issue it or send me a return label to take their garbage back. This company is trash and the item they are selling is worth negative 4 stars.

Avoid buying from this company. I was going to buy 10 of these to have placed throughout our office. Thank god I only bought one to test first. The product is complete junk and their customer service is terrible. The product that arrived will not charge any wireless device. I ask for a refund or exchange, to only then asked to jump through hoops to prove that the device was faulty. After sending them a video of the proof of it not working, they then send a boiler plate response to let me know "They are working on it". I then waited a entire week with no response. I replied back to only then get back the same message. I disputed the transaction with my credit card company. All they had to do was either send or provide a simple return label or send a replacement. This item is only $65 and have wasted to much time dealing with such a low priced item. In the end, do not buy this product.

Product does not work. Costumer support is a complete waste of time. Do not purchase this item!

My unit does not seem to be working, snd they have not ressponded to emails, Messenger texts or Contact Us on Web Site.

After waiting for two years I received my product! It does not work for iPhone 12. Appeared to be charging with the required distance between the phone and charger, but never increased the battery. The unit shut off after about 20 minutes and phone was very hot to the touch. No response from the developers. Big waste of time, money and Enerqi.

Scam - never delivered after 2 years

Supported on indigogo but never received the product. Tried to contact customer service, but no reply.

Don't buy this product. You will not receive the product.
