Incomplete Engraving & Misleading Advertisement
I purchased a bottle of Vintage Moet champagne from the website. When the bottle arrived there were two issues:

1) The image on the website falsely led me to believe that the bottle would be a 2008 Moet. On arrival it was a 2012 moet. I had purchased the specific bottle as the year had a great deal of meaning to the person I was gifting it to, so all sentiment is now lost.. This was not made specifically clear on the website and the support team were not helpful at all in this regard, I gained the impression that the picture displayed is there to falsely mislead customers, especially given the Support Team's Blase response.Be careful if you're purchasing a vintage bottle for a special reason, relating to the date.

2) The engraving on the bottle had a line missing... which was the personalized name (the most important part of a personalized gift you would think). The only remedy I was offered for this was to return the bottle and the engraving team would correct this and return it to me. As this was for a special occasion and I was given no detail as to the time this would take, I did not feel comfortable doing so.

Essentially what was meant to be a personal and thoughtful gift (for £60+ postage), now is an extremely average one. Incredibly disappointed with the service I was offered.

Have ordered an engraved bottle of champagne with next day delivery. There was an issue with email confirmation however the support team have resolved it within minutes!
The champagne arrived in time and the engraving looks brilliant!
Would definitely recommend to others and will definitely use myself again!

Really pleased with product. There were problems with confirmation email but support team were prompt when I asked for tracking information. Paid for guaranteed next day delivery and it arrived as promised. Overall a good customer experietnce. Would use again and, based on my experience, would recommend.

Found the website fairly hard to use. No contact number to get hold of them. Paid 16.99 for 2 day delivery guaranteed. It is now 6 days after placing the order and still not been told its been dispatched!

Can’t rate Engrave drinks enough. Hunting a present for a man with everything is hard but Engrave drinks solved my problem. Lovely bottle of wine with a personnel message on excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to use and recommend Engrave Drinks again.

Dom Perignon is Dom Perignon, so that was always going to be special but the engraving was far better than I expected, really beautiful. The packaging is brilliant, absolutely no worries that this could get damaged in transit but really, best of all is the customer service... Emails that are answered (quickly), advice given, no question too silly and a company that actually makes you feel like a valued customer. 5 stars EngraveDrinks. I will definitely use you again and recommend you too.

Ordered bottle recieved a day after ordering. Engraving including Polish letters (!!!). Brilliant service. Best present ever. Highly recommended

The product I ordered is beautiful, I'm really pleased with it. However, the order was placed on 17th April and wasn't delivered until 1st May despite the website saying 3-5 working days. I don't know whose fault this is, but I can say that the support line was very helpful in trying to sort out this problem. From the point of view of the product I ordered it is perfect for what I wanted (a 40th birthday present) and is beautifully wrapped so I would definitely recommend this company. Lisa Burke

The wine box was beautiful, the box itself was solid, engraving was on point, for the product alone I should have given it a five, my only complaint was that I paid for next day deliver but it took two days to arrive.

l fully recommend this company and without reservation would use it again. I just came across it on searching the Internet and was naturally a little nervous about placing and order particularly as l live offshore. However no need to worry the company service is impeccable they answered all my questions in turn around time and posted it to me without a hitch. More importantly the gift engraving service is amazing l ordered a personally engraved bottle of whisky for a 40th birthday gift with the gift wrapping which is wonderful and l know the recipient will be delighted with it. Excellent experience overall. The engraving looked great, the turnaround time was short and the customer services team was first class (very friendly and helpful, responding to all my email queries within 30-60 minutes!). I was quite sceptical as I had never heard of this company before but was pleasantly surprised and would definitely recommend them.

Honestly so impressed, was a bit hesitant at first as I'm am always very sceptical when first time ordering from a company I've not heard of, however needed not to worry, received a confirmation email almost instantly aswell as follow up emails to reassure me. Paid £9.99 delivery which being 3 days before Christmas, did not expect to receive anything until mid jan at least but was pleasantly surprised to see the post man the next day with my parcel. Loved ordering from this company - it was quick and easy and the result was amazing. I was ordering wine as a company and the logo on the bottle came out perfect. The people who received it really liked it. The box was also very high quality inside and out. Great experience all around.
