Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I have no words. Customer service is terrible they gave me the wrong dosage. Then they wanted me to prove that they gave me the wrong dosage. I have asked to cancel all day they don’t get back with me. Their product made me extremely ill where I have been throwing up all day and having diarrhea. I was originally going to a local doctor and someone suggested this company. Biggest mistake I ever made and now I may have to go to the hospital cuz I can’t stop throwing up.

We have reviewed the interactions with our customer service team and they have followed all of the procedures to confirm your claim of insufficient medication. The reason we request a photo of your vial is not out of doubt for your claim, but so we can provide evidence to our partnered pharmacy that the incorrect dosage was sent.

The photo of the vial you provided showed that there was in fact enough medication for your treatment. Despite this our team offered to check in mid-way through your treatment so we would have enough time to send an additional vial if required.

If you are experiencing severe illness post treatment like you are mentioning here, we would recommend seeking immediate medical attention as soon as possible, your health is our priority.

As a note, extreme reactions like you are describing are very uncommon, but when they do occur it is typically from taking a higher dose than is prescribed. This also would align with your belief that you weren't sent the correct dosage. Our practitioners are available to guide you on administering your first dose if you found the directions provided unclear to avoid an excessive dose.

Your request for cancelation was received after our office closed for the day, and so your claim that you have requested a cancelation "all day" is misleading. We respond to all of our patients request within a timely manor during our hours of operation.

I have been using this company now 7…

I have been using this company now 7 months. I have been on the GLP1'S compounds 2 years now. I have used 3 companies. The first one I always felt ripped off with their monthly $80 fee & hefty price for the compounds. The second place made a lot of mistakes hiring all people from the Philippines where the communication was so frustrating with each interaction and the want to be physicians couldn't be trusted to now Enhance.Md. No mistakes, great communication, 2.5 mg Trizepitide at 323 a month and no hassles or extra fees. I was 232 and now 175 in 1 year and 10 months. I do not understand the poor reviews. I have never encountered anything adverse or had any adverse reactions to the compound. The stuff comes quick and always cold in a ice pack with syringes and alcohol pads.

Overall very happy.

Overall very happy.
I have been on it for 1 year and have lost a total of 30 lbs.
I am trying to lose 10 more. I am with and staying with Enhance.MD due to being able to speak to a human being and getting great service. I have seen lots of online offers and deals but you can never speak to a human nor get a straight answer on true costs. I went to an in person provider and paid double or triple. I have referred several folks to them and all of us have lost weight. It is a great solution and I have never gotten sick or had any issues. I am on Tirzepetide Compound.

I have been on Trizepatide through…

I have been on Trizepatide through enhanced med! After my visit with the doctor on line she continued my medicine dosage that I was on through a different provider. It was so expensive through my other provider however, Enhansed Med stays the same price, which is amazing instead of other companies getting you on the medicine and then when you need to go up in the dose. It becomes astronomically expensive. So if you want to be healthy and lose I would definitely try calling Enhansed Med. They are very nice and stay the same price. That’s what it’s about at the end of the day how much it costs.

Very positive experience

Echoing all of the positive reviews here and very surprised by the negative reviews. I've been an active member since May 2024 (10 months) and have had great success using semaglutide! I've never had any customer service, shipping, or product issues and always receive quick replies to questions via email. I really appreciate the service they provide, especially the included lab work and nutritionist on staff.

Shortages and medication not effective

I started with Enhance.md several months ago. First I have also experienced getting less medication in the vial and not have enough to last the entire month. I would say some people did not know how to measure in the syringe but that’s not me as I am a RN and it’s my job to know how to dose medication based on the concentration. And that leads me to my next concern. The concentration’s. The first couple of months were fine but since they changed pharmacies I have had no weight loss, no symptoms or sighs that I even took this medication. I started wonder a couple months ago and now this last shipment I am absolutely sure it is nothing but sterile water. I have found a lab that will test it and am sending off the medication for testing. I will be canceling my medication today.

In terms of the potency of our pharmacy's medication, every batch we send our patients is tested for safety and potency by a third party lab. If there was ever a batch that lacked potency, we would issue a recall and send fresh vials from a new batch, but this has never occurred with any of our partnered pharmacies.

If you find yourself struggling to see results, our providers, nutritionists, and fitness experts can step in to perform a full review so we can make recommendations to keep you on track with your goal.

Wonderful company to work with

Not sure what others mean by shortage of medication, or sub standard medication. I am a RN and did my research and this company was the only one that I found that required blood work before prescribing the medication and also requires more blood work 6 months later in order to continue prescribing the medication. Also did I mention that they send the script in and pay for the lab work. I have been pleased with all my conversations with both providers and customer support. And believe me I asked the providers I talked to many questions and received all professional answers. I am wondering if those terrible reviews were from a competitor of theirs. Again everything has been delivered on time in proper packaging with cold packs and any requested changes in your order have been taken care of promptly and easily.I have been using this company for months again with no issues.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. I switched to this company after doing well with a competitor. I switched from the other company due to poor customer service after a shipment was delivered 3 days late and hot but that’s a different company and just given for context because I was 4 months into my weight loss and was on track with my goal before switching.

I have received 3 shipments so far with one being a replacement. The first and third shipments were short shipped so there was not enough medication for 4 doses. The replacement shipment for my first short shipped took weeks not days. Also the efficacy of meds is terrible. Starving after 1 day of taking the meds (this never happened before) and have not lost 1lb since switching to them. I have seen many complaints about this exact same issue in recent months so buyer beware. It seems to be tied to the pharmacy they switched to but I can’t say for sure.
Also I met with one nurse twice who was unfriendly which isn’t a crime however she said to reach out via email if I had questions which I did and she just didn’t reply so I did switch nurses. You will get a run around, be asked to send proof (which I did both times) and get lots of excuses so I will probably just do a charge back on my card which I don’t want to do but for two shipments to be short shipped is crazy!
This does seem to be a trend for them in recent months as well as the contamination issue which they did not notify people about.
There are too many other companies to choose from so choose wisely! As you can see from the reply below, no accountability or acknowledgment of this happening twice, lots of excuses and meaningless words to fill space. This is how they treat clients on a regular basis and they also ignore many others who have had the same complaints.

Our team will send replacement vials before they are required to ensure their BUD matches with your intended usage. So replacement vials for a medication shortage, won't arrive directly after they are requested, they will arrive when you require your top up!

In terms of the effectiveness of the medication, there are a couple of items to unpack here. The concentration of GLP-1 medications can vary, so we'd always recommend a follow-up visit with our practitioners to confirm that the correct dosage is being taken.

We rarely receive complaints about the effectiveness of our medication, but we are happy to assess your dosage and needs at any time with a virtual visit.

For transfer patients, our practitioners always require proof of your current prescription to maintain your current dosage. Management will be stepping in to perform a full review to ensure that these documents were properly received. If they were emailed, then it should have been uploaded by our patient care team within a business day.

In terms of the contamination issue, we value transparency and sent notifications to all of the impacted patients. As it turns out the contamination was sourced to the 3rd party lab that our pharmacy uses to confirm effectiveness and safety. Despite our pharmacy not being at fault, we provided rebates, reshipments/replacements, and worked with all patients to discover the best resolution.

We genuinely believe that Enhance.MD is a wise choice and the patients that are willing work with us feel the same way!

So-So

Customer Service Reps are great and resourceful, my complaint is with the providers. I made it very clear since the beginning of my weight loss journey that I fully intend to stick with the lowest dosage possible, yet, every time I need to meet with a provider I'm questioned why? It's frustrating having to explain it every time, I wish there were notes available to them for them to review prior to meeting with the patient. At this point, I've seen a different person every time, it's very inconvenient. Lastly, most providers don't have a friendly demeanor. It's very uncomfortable dealing with someone who talks to you like they don't really want to talk to you. I don't think efficiency and friendliness are too much to ask for. As someone who works in the sales, I truly understand the meaning of building rapport with individuals and often times, you're sold by the person selling and not always the company. In this case, I'm sold my company but not the providers offering the service which has me contemplating switching to another company despite any potential cost increase because I'd much rather work with someone who makes me feel like they actually care.

Having a problem with needles and…

Having a problem with needles and medication received, never any resolve after I was asked to send pictures, just a continuos email loop, and now having problems with the billing on the lab work slip of yours, and again waiting over 15 minutes and no resolve, never anyone abvailable to answer or resolve just blah blah blah

Tirzepatude arrived 3 days after consult with Nurse Practioner. I will inject first dose later today. I will have a nurse (friend) do this, and after, I will do it myself. Looking forward to results! More later.

Wasted money on bloodwork to be denied anyway

Went through hoops and was denied the medication when I’m currently already on it. After filling out their forms online I was told I was eligible and needed to schedule bloodwork. So I paid $150 out of pocket for bloodwork, wasted a Sunday afternoon on a video visit with a provider, and was denied anyway. Why make me go through all of this when you have my information? Just ridiculous. Felt really scammy.

Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We prioritize patient safety at Enhance.MD so we have a multi-step process to ensure that no harm comes to our patients.

The intake form is the first step, and that secures a pre-approval. Full approval for treatment with us is pending blood work and a meeting with our practitioners. If you were denied treatment during your practitioner meeting it was likely a health concern came up from your bloodwork, or was discussed in your meeting that wasn't covered by our intake form.

We apologize for any wasted time, but each medical professional has their own standard for medication approval. Although it is rare, being approved by another provider doesn't guarantee your approval with us since our onboarding process is more detailed than other providers.

Thankfully your first meeting with a provider only takes 20-minutes, so I hope you got a chance to enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

Typically we cover the cost of bloodwork, the only exception is if you are located in New York, New Jersey, or Rhode Island as state regulations prevent us from paying for our patient labs in those states. If you weren't located with the above states, did you work with our patient care team to ensure your labs were covered by us?

I really do not do many reviews

I really do not do many reviews, based on my experience with a prior company I was hesitant to try the product again. After thorough research I contacted Enhance.MD I spoke with a representative by the name of Maree. I begin to share the horrible experience I had with the other company; Mareme listens with a tentative ear she took the initiative to explain the process the details of what I would experience and the necessary steps that I would take. I had multiple questions; she did not leave the phone call until she ensured that I was at a comfort level in moving forward. I had some many questions, whenever I reached out via phone call or email within minutes, I had a response if Mareme was not available, I received a return call from her team member Janne who was equally accommodating.
What I love about this company they are firsthand from beginning to end, no matter how small or silly I though the question was there was always a tentative ear and a live person not a voicemail. I had the opportunity by chance to speak with the owner and OMG his personality was impeccable; he was very humble and caring. I did not know that he was the owner, I called and by chance he was the one who answered the phone, I had a quick question he assisted with the answer, with me not knowing that he took the call even though he was in the middle of something else. I was in awe when I received a call back from him to ensure that he answered my question, we chatted as if we were friends, he had me at a comfort level, that right there showed me that this is the type of company that I would love doing business with. Disappointed

I did the up front work before Christmas had my doctor visit and was told I'd receive my medication in 5 days. Still have nothing. I also did research before selecting this company. I can see those must have been paid reviewers. Unfortunately I'm giving them one more day then I'll just go to weight watchers. They offer the same thing now and I bet they will get the meds to me.
Uploading questions on the portal apparently is useless also this is the only place I see they actually respond to people. That isn't customer support that's "pya" service.
If by some chance they do respond I'll come back and update but i wouldn't hold my breath.
Disappointed i really needed to start this year differently and I thought i was....

First few shipments were on time

First few shipments were on time. Each month it seems the orders take longer. This last shipment was paid for 8 days ago and I still don't have a shipping info. I've emailed them twice and nothing gets resolved. It's very frustrating since they have already received payment. I will give them another month and then I will switch companies.

Slow in shipping

At first, billing and shipping of the product were within a couple of days. Now after about 6 months of using their product, they can't ship for 10-15 days after they billed me.

Cautiously Optimistic

**Update**
I had my virtual appointment, and the medication was ordered (the appropriate Tirzepatide). Now, I just wait. There is about a two-week waiting period until I receive it. I'll update one last time in a couple of months (with five stars) once I verify the $370 is all-inclusive and that they don't have hidden charges over time. But so far looks like a great company.
-BUT- Still no response to the message I sent in the web dashboard... Perhaps emailing them is the way to go.

**Original Review**

I read the Forbes.com article and noticed that it said this company is straightforward with its pricing. That encouraged me as every one of the similar companies is shrouded in mystery for pricing, or will sell you on Semaglutide when you want Tirzepatide.

Initial impressions are good. Coming out of pocket $370 is a lot to determine if a company is trustworthy. Nevertheless, the labs were ordered the same day and I was able to schedule them for the next day (today) with no issues. My labs went terrific and Quest (the lab company they use) was excellent. There is one concern. As mentioned, I paid for Tirzepatide, but the lab had orders for Semaglutide screening. The price I paid was much higher for Tirzepatide. However, it could be a standard test for both... So I contacted Enhance.MD through the website and have been waiting all day for a response, nothing yet.
With all the misinformation and bait and switching going on among weight loss .coms, between Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, I'm hopeful that EnhanceMD was the right choice.
I'll update this once I find out about the labs and if I receive Tirzepatide. or if they try to push me to Semaglutide (less effective cheaper GLP-1). However, I would have appreciated faster communication as a new customer who put a lot of trust in their company. Seems like trust should be rewarded with openness and quick responses, especially for new folks.

Be careful…

I also just started and told vial is contaminated. No new vial sent, no refund. I already took a dose before notified. I had issues a few days later that had symptoms like kidney stones (never had before but partner has had them many times so I'm familiar with the symptoms). First month down the drain in costs. Oh and seemed to wear off in 2 days, hunger and cravings came right back. Cold pack was barely cold, this won't work in the future out here in the West. I received no shipping notice. Was lucky I heard someone on my porch or package would have set out all night and would be useless even if not contaminated.

We work with several partnered pharmacies and have high expectations of them. Any chance of risk to our patients is unacceptable in our eyes which is why we decided to issue a recall.

As per our communications with you, notifications of this was done out of an abundance of caution, but we also offered a replacement vial, as well as a discount for the inconvenience.

In our continued communication, we sent an update that the vial was in fact safe for use so it is unlikely any symptoms you experienced were due to contaminated medication.

If you had any negative symptoms from taking the medication, we always recommend booking a virtual visit with one of our medical professionals for further guidance. As we offer unlimited practitioner support you can book this at any time through your patient portal.

In terms of the effect of the medication, the initial first month's dosage of the medication is designed to allow the body to habituate to the use of GLP-1s. It is a key step to avoid shocking your system and illness. Some see a strong benefit month 1 others require ramping to a strong dose over time. If you have questions regarding your dose, your practitioner will be happy to see you and discuss.

Our partnered pharmacies send tracking information to your email, we have many patients who have had no issues with receiving tracking information for your pharmacy. We would recommend checking your spam, and signing up for FedEx's text alert updates so you are aware of your fulfillment details. If there was an issue accessing your tracking please reach our patient care team at support@enhance.md so we can look into this with our pharmacy on your behalf.
