Being a first time subscriber

Being a first time subscriber, there were many choices but I chose Enhanced without knowing what to expect but as soon as I started the process, their follow up, professionalism, and pricing seemed to backup their claims. I am early in the process but when I have a question I get a prompt reply and I am not talking to a AI robot. Pleased and recommend.

Would give 6 stars if I could!

I couldn't be more impressed or happy with the care I've been receiving through Enhance MD. One of the biggest highlights for me has been their efficiency—I literally got my labs done yesterday, and they are already resulted and I have an appointment scheduled for this afternoon. Unhappy customer

I signed up. They switched pharmacies so after building up to a full dose I had weeks with no dose. I am now 6 months in. No weightloss and once again ready for a shot and my medicine has not arrived. They can not get the shipping times correct. Canceling.

Hi Heidi, thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Management has reviewed your file with us to understand what took place regarding the shipping timelines on your orders.

Typically our patients receive their orders every 28 days to ensure no treatment interruption. We sent your order to Hallandale Pharmacy on 05/15/2024 and when we switched pharmacies your order was sent to Strive on 05/12/2024 following our 28-day cycle.

If there was not enough medication in your order from Hallandale to carry you over a 4-week cycle, if we were informed we would have gladly reached the pharmacy to correct this and set expectations with the pharmacy.

On 07/05/2024 we sent an email to you since the 90-day required virtual visit with a practitioner was not booked to renew your prescription. This may have caused a delay in receiving your 4th order with us but it is our requirement for 90-day check-ins to renew prescriptions for the safety of our patients.

Our patient portal provides all the information to monitor your shipments with us in the "Medication Subscription" section, which includes your next order date. We provide this tool so you are aware of when your next order will be generated.

If there is no order date listed in that section, it means that the requirements to continue treatment haven't been met. If this is the case, we encourage our patients to reach out to us proactively, but we also send email reminders on the steps to take to correct this just in case.

In terms of your lack of results, this is rare on our semaglutide treatment plan. We recommend visits with a practitioner every 30 days and bookings with our nutritionist regularly. This is why our patients have such a high success rate with us. If these recommendations were followed you likely would have seen results similar to our average patient.

We are sorry to see you go, but if you'd reconsider we can book a meeting with our patient success team to review your time with us and connect you with all the tools and supports we offer. If not, we wish you the best of luck on your weight loss journey.

Price!

My biggest complaint: way too expensive. The line "Same Price at Every Dose" is very misleading. You have to understand the difference between units, ml, dose, and mg.
Doses are in in .25mg increments. .25mg equals 10 units, and 1ml is equal to 100 units.
Initial dose is .25mg = 10units = .1ml for weeks 1-4 = .4ml, .5mg = 20units =.2ml =.8ml weeks 5-8; .75mg = 30units = .3ml = 1.2ml weeks 9-12...etc. at the max dose of 2.5mg, it is 1ml = 100units = 4ml every 4 weeks. (This is per online resources)
I started with them at .5mg for 2 weeks as I had already been on .25mg for 4 weeks. Then did .75mg per their instructions on week 3, and I was sick as dog and had to spend a day in bed. I should have stayed on .5mg for 4 weeks to give my body a chance to get used to the .5mg.
Their price is great once you get to the higher doses, but by that time, you have already paid 8x, 4x, and 2x as much at the lower doses. I went ahead and ordered 5ml = 500 units from another provider at a 1/8 of the cost for .25mg and 1/4 the cost at .5mg. I plan on staying at .5mg = 20units = .2ml for the foreseeable future as it is enough to curb my hunger. I also want to minimize any longterm effects. .5mg will cost $26/dose vs $62.50 w/ EnhanceMD. That said, their communication is timely, medication is sent out quickly after the blood test results are in, and the virtual appointment with the provider are completed.

As a quick correction on what you posted though, in most cases, our patients see a dose increase every 2 weeks. By weeks 11-12 their dosage would be 1.5mg, at this point there is enough semaglutide in your system to increase to 2.5mg by week 13 safely (if deemed medically relevant by your assigned practitioner).

We have a results-based ramp-up period to ensure you get the highest value from our services as safely and quickly as possible.

Other providers may offer a first-purchase discount, but their prices increase substantially after the first purchase. This can leave a patient high and dry on a second order especially if an increase is required. The benefit of our pricing is that it's consistent and predictable.

Also when purchasing large volumes of semaglutide, regulators state that a vial of semaglutide after it is punctured shouldn't be used much after 30 days or the potency can drop significantly. So it appears to be a great deal at first to purchase a 3-month supply, but you may see the effects of your medication diminish significantly during your 2nd month using the vial. This is why we send a fresh vial every month.

We are very sorry to hear about the illness experienced due to the increased dosage. If side effects occur, we support our patients with practitioner and nutritionist visits.

Nausea while on semaglutide is best combated by reviewing your diet. It is rare to experience illness like you described when increasing from .5mg to .75mg. When you experienced this illness, did you contact us for support or guidance?

This medication really works.

I began my first injections in July and half way through my 2nd bottle I had lost 18 out of the 20 pounds I wanted to lose. The medication curved my appetite and cravings and gave me the motivation to clean up my diet and increase my exercise; thus I saw a big change in my weight in one month. THIS MEDICATION WORKS

Intake was quick and easy!

Intake was quick and easy. I got my labs ordered, initial interview with a nurse practitioner was scheduled and completed, and meds were shipped and received within a week. So far, so good!

Also, I had some questions that I submitted via the portal, and I received responses within 24 or 48 hours. That met my expectations.

Average

Average. I love that they take care to do labs and you see a doctor etc BUT I feel there is alot lacking when you first start up regarding what you need to do next etc and with customer service. I had expected a welcome email or text with instructions on what I need to do next and I did not. When I reached out because I had an issue, I was told that someone would contact me and no one ever did. I ended up figuring it out on my own. It was a simple fix, which I think customer service should have known and not it on to someone else. I didn't receive my tracking number for my package until after I received it and it was warm. It actually took 3 days to get to me. From the time I signed up it was 4 weeks before I actually received my meds. Long time in my opinion. I had been contacting customer service the entire time trying to understand how or why things were so slow but I was always assured. I say average because the price is good but you get average service. Competition is fierce between all the online glp1 so I'm looking elsewhere.

This review is about the getting started

This review is about the getting started process. If you’re like me, you may have visited your primary doctor and been prescribed Wegovy, Zepbound, or other brands and been excited to start your weight loss journey only to quickly find out that no pharmacy in your area or online is able to fill the prescription or your insurance doesn’t cover it and it will cost you $1,000+ per month. I went round and round with this process for 8+ months, discouraged to know there was a solution that could help me but I just couldn’t get ahold of it!

I’m so glad to have come across EnhanceMD. So far, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience! After signing up, I received my lab request form within 24 hours. I made my appointment for the next day with Quest. I was a bit confused if the lab costs were REALLY covered by EnhanceMD or if I’d get stuck with a pricey bill like I often do after visiting my primary and the insurance company rips you off. Unfortunately, this question didn’t come to mind until I was sitting in the parking lot of Quest. I sent a message through the EnhanceMD app and was pleasantly surprised to have a response with 5mins assuring me that there would be no cost. I walked into my Quest appointment, provided my name, and sure enough the lab order was already in the system. They confirmed I wanted it billed to the Dr. then did 2mins of bloodwork and I was out of there (ps make sure you’re fasting). I kid you not, this is the fastest I’ve ever received bloodwork results. My test was at 3pm on Friday and Quest sent me an email at 4am Saturday that my labs were ready (11hours!). Spoiler alert, you can actually see your labs on your Quest account so you’re able to review them before your virtual appointment. This was so nice compared to many doctors offices that block the release of the results for a week to ensure you have to pay for another appointment to have them review them with you. I received an email to schedule my virtual appointment with EnhanceMD and was able to schedule it for 6am Tuesday. Really nice feature that they have early times so you can schedule before work. My virtual visit was thorough but efficient and lasted about 20mins. My prescription should arrive by Thursday. So the full process of signing up to starting the medication will have only been ONE week! That’s bananas. I’ve waited 8months to get started and will be on my way in one week with EnhanceMD. I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service and onboarding experience. I look forward to sharing more about my experience with the medication once I start it.

Very Successful Experience

I have been attempting to obtain help with weight loss with GLP1injections, however, my insurance does not cover the extravagant cost. I searched online and found reviews for Enhance.MD to be favorable so I took the initial assessment. I did not have to wait long to get an appointment for getting blood work completed locally. Those results came in quickly and I was contacted and was able to schedule an online appointment with a Nurse Practitioner within less than a week. The NP was very helpful in answering all my questions and told me I was approved. There is an out-of-pocket expense which, in my estimation, is reasonable. My prescription was filled and shipped directly to my house, and in three weeks, I have lost nearly 10 pounds. I had a few questions about dosing and my response was received in a clear, concise and timely manner. I would highly recommend!

Hi Robin, I hope this message finds you well. We reviewed your file with us and joined us on the 13th of August. During our signup, we have a disclaimer that creating your lab order will take 24-48 hours.

We also send a confirmation email outlining the steps for our onboarding upon signup so you know what to expect and when.

You reached out to us on the 14th, and we replied the same day letting you know that your photos have been reviewed, and your lab will be uploaded.

I confirmed with our staff that your lab was uploaded on the 15th, within the 48-hour window we promised.

Also, your second charge is pushed 28 days after your virtual visit with a practitioner once your lab results are uploaded to your file, so we never double bill, or bill for time you aren't spending on the medication.

If at any time you aren't satisfied with our services please reach out to us at support@enhance.md so we can address your concerns. We are here to help and serve you. We would never take advantage of our patients since we value respect and transparency.

No complaints 1 month in

I've only been on the program about a month so far and have had nothing but great experiences. My provider was very thorough and made me feel comfortable (I am terrified of needles so she had her work cut out for her). The nutritionist provided helpful info so changing my eating and exercise felt manageable. I'm seeing results and can't wait to see the continued progress.

Good communication and decent shipping time

Good communication and faster shipment than my last Semaglutide provider. I actually received the drug and syringes several days earlier than I was originally quoted. So that was a pleasant surprise. The medication and syringes also came with easy to understand directions and, anytime I asked a question, my emails are answered in a timely manner. My only minor complaint is that my doctor canceled my first appointment because of an illness (which is understandable). So I had to wait several extra days before I could talk to her and that delayed my prescription from being authorized. Not a huge deal but It would be nice if they had a backup doctor in situations like this. Otherwise I have no complaints.

P.S. I should also add that the drug seems to be working well and it is just as good (if not better than) the old one I was on thru their competitor.

So let’s talk about Enhance.md!!! I am having the most HORRIBLE experience with them. First order was placed 4 weeks ago. The told me the original shipment would take 5-10 days, understandable since it was my first. After day 12 I reached out. They told me to give it a few days. Day 15 I reached out again because there is still NO tracking information. A rep (Vincent)then tells me there was a problem with my order and it got stuck processing! So he’s going to “expedite” the order and that takes an additional 3-5 days. Thank God for Vincent because out of the 3 reps I spoke to he was the only one that actually did something. 6 days later and nothing!!! So today I scheduled an appointment with my NP, I’m sitting on line waiting for her to join. Only to realize they canceled the appointment because a follow up can only be done after you’ve been on the medication. Another call to customer service and Michael tells me it’s going to be fixed and he will reach out to me within the hour with a resolution. 17 hours later… crickets! Not a damn word. Michael lied to me and played in my face. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I’m going back to joinmochi. It was a little more expensive but worth it in the long run. I guess you get what you pay for. I am LIVID with enhance.md!
Update: spoke to another rep and he assured me that my order will be here by tomorrow today, even though NOBODY has a tracking number!😩 Maybe I should give them 5 stars because I’m sure I lost some weight stressing and arguing about my hard earned money that’s lost with my medication. It’s gonna take a lot to repair this trust because baaaby I’m a NOT a believer. Order at your own risk! If enhance.md reads this review please know, I have been in customer service for over 30 years and management level for 20. Vincent is the best thing about this company. Give him a promotion. Michael will lie to get you off the phone. My experience. Maybe I need to come work part time so I can show your company how it’s done.

Expect Extreme Delays

Extremely delayed in getting medication. They did not reach out to tell me there was an issue so I've had to follow up almost daily. I've paid for a full month and am about to pay for an additional month, and still no medication. I asked about getting money back because there was "a system error" (the reason I'm so delayed) and was denied. I'm not even confident my medication will come - I received tracking but it has not shipped. It seems as though they are purposely delaying as much as possible so they can pocket more money.
I hope other folks have a better experience.
