I'm giving two stars rather than just one because the doctor I spoke to was attentive, supportive and informative.

The 40-50% raise in the monthly subscription price AND the mandatory $50 inclusion of their own needles/syringes when purchasing medicine AND that they've changed the pathology company they use to one with fewer offices… well, I'm going to look for another provider now.

Used to be good, but since the rebrand the pricing has become a joke.
You’re now forced to pay an extra $50 for a few syringes with every resupply whether you need them or not. These are basic items you can get yourself for next to nothing, so it just feels like a cash grab.
Communication feel generic and automated, like you’re talking to a bot rather than an actual person.
The clinic has clearly shifted towards squeezing more money out of patients. Not a great experience anymore, I'll be looking to move to an alternative TRT clinic

Have been a client of Enhanced Mens Clinic for over 6months now, and since they've transitioned to Hormn with a portal I CANNOT seem to get an appointment with a doctor so I can get my new supply, which I due in a few days...extremely frustrating cos no matter what I do it doesn't work and no one will help, cos the portal simply isn't working, on my phone, my wife's phone and our desktop computer. Have read other reviews and seems that after 6 to 9months they stop helping/replying to emails.....oh dear

I have moved over from Enhanced Men's Clinic, which was great, but this new Hormn platform is hopeless. Costs have gone up. Booked a Doctor consult and no call received, can't get in contact with them. Once I have renewed my script I will find another provider. I'm done.

The only consults I've had so far are the initial ones before the first supply is granted despite being subbed for 4 months. No blood test requests, no plan changes, no concern just radio silence except for the support tickets I've written. They have just transitioned to HORMN (previously Enhanced Mens Health) which is their excuse to neglect customer care plans. New accounts don't seem to function correctly & they've also increased subscription price by 50% minimum. $83 to $120-140.

Raising prices by 40% after a rebrand is highway robbery...

Easy organisation to deal with, rapid dispatch of purchases and great clinicians and doctors

Avoid at all costs. I approached the clinic in December 2025 for what was my first look into men’s health support. Now three (3+) months later I’ve spoken to a doctor once and have had no further development in my plan and remain still on the basic trial dose. The communication from the company with updates due to a brand change has been woefully poor. They have no plan, no timeline and no customer focus or service plan. If you enjoy wasting money on a futile adventure, Enhanced Men’s Health or now HORMN are the team to use. If I could give ZERO stars I would!

What they don’t mention is that you will become infertile, luckily I decided to talk with a specialist elsewhere before I began treatment. I’m sure there are lots of guy out there who aren’t as lucky.

You pay a monthly subscription but can’t actually access anything , can’t get bloods done , can’t order . Changing the service on existing clients is wild, seems like some changes have happened higher up without actually consulting any clients - and for this poor/ reduced service - price hike from $88 to around $120 a month! Will

Received an email from enhanced men that it was transitioning and they I’d get email log in to a new database. Log in still not received but I’m being charged monthly. Also no phone number that I can contact them on.

I’ve had a very positive experience with Enhanced Mens Clinic so far. The process can take a little time initially, as you need to book in with a nurse and then again with the doctor, but once appointments are scheduled they are very punctual and reliable with their calls.

The service is on the more expensive side, however it is reassuring to know that all bloodwork is reviewed by a doctor and that the treatment involves proper pharmaceutical-grade testosterone and HCG is directly from the compound pharmacy. That level of medical oversight provides real peace of mind.

One improvement would be offering doctor referrals for ongoing blood tests, which would make long-term monitoring more convenient. Overall, though, the care and professionalism have been excellent.
