GPU was DOA for some reason. Will give benefit of the doubt. Support was there and prompt at all time. Clean build. 4 stars + 1 star for Emma. She’s been great to deal with. Overall recommended and would purchase again from those guys.

My first time purchasing a pre built pc. Enigma PC have been fantastic! All my enquiries on their website was responded to in a timely manner. They were also able to modify my order after placing the order online.

The folks at Enigma are superb! They took my order and it was done within 2 days - they were able to get me my PC in a super quick time frame and the staff were super helpful! 11/10!

Whole experience was easy and communication was good. Walked me through installing my own HDD after I got the PC and answered my questions with patience. Pc is set up and it is awesome. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely wicked build, great price and was delivered faster than expected. 6 days for the PC to be built and delivered across a different state is very impressive.

I'm only giving 4 stars because it took about 9 days to build the PC but the price is the cheapest customer service is good PC build is good

Great build quality at a competitive price. Build and delivery times were daily lengthy (nearly a month had passed since my order), but this was during an ozbargain promo with a high volume of orders at the same time. Would recommend. :)
