Ordered deal listed on Ozbargain, order took 1 week to ship and arrived at the end of week 2 after purchase (to Adelaide). Good turn around for custom order (changed CPU), PC arrived well packaged with all accessories/extras from motherboard, case and graphics card. Very happy with build, good cable management and well balanced system for the price. Hope you guys continue the good work, thanks.

Great pc build with responsive customer service

Every thing arrived alright but one of my ram was not put in correctly and i had to click it it. I was very worried that my pc was not work but it was just poor assembly.

Awesome online chat! Helped me with some changes and made the progress smooth, was a small issue with some storage missing but was sorted out the next day. Packed well and arrived within 3days.

Accommodated my request that was not part of the pre-built and also helped correct a mistake I made during payment very promptly

The computer arrived promptly and was easy to prepare and connect (10 minutes). This is my first desktop I've bought in the last 20 years and I didn't do much research so as a novice it would be great to have more information to tell me what I need to expect such as:
- desktops generally need a keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers/headphones and ethernet cable to work (I did know this)
- Windows 11 isn't free and I have an annoying "activate now" message in the display (I should have known this)
- what 3D Mark does, but really some confidence in if the rig can play the intended game/application (yes it does play Civ 6 but what might be the limit it can play?)
- did I purchase the Anti Sag GPU stand, what does it do and is it installed?
- upsell opportunities, e.g. there are spare slots for RAM so I might consider XYZ in 2 years, these speakers/lights are compatible and great.

Overall the case is big and the lighting is pretty and I'm pretty satisfied.

Great website with a simple interface to build the PC your wallet can handle. PC was ready for dispatch on Wed and delivered to Perth by the following Wed.

Video card was not installed properly. A few video port were block by the case as the grill was not removed. I had to uninstall and remove the grill than install the card back in. Also missing a few drivers in windows for the motherboard and screws for pci cards

Quick turn around, from build to test, and sent it off quick and everything arrived fine. Can't wait to get get on and use it.

Ordered a gaming PC with custom selected components on a Monday night, order shipped the same Wednesday, somehow got from NSW to QLD for delivery on the Friday! They have a great online PC builder where you can select compatible components, would recommend purchasing a gaming PC from Enigma and saving a lot compared to places like Umart and branded gaming PC's. Their deals posted on OzBargain are very reasonable.

Dispatch was pretty fast and communications were great.
