I would avoid using ENRGTECH based on my experience.

I placed an order on the 11th when the item was shown as being in stock. By the 24th it still hadn't been dispatched, so I cancelled the order after nearly two weeks of waiting.

To make matters worse, my refund wasn't processed when I cancelled. I was then told it could take up to two more weeks to receive my money back.

Selling items as in stock, failing to dispatch them for almost two weeks, and then holding onto the customer's money for another two weeks after cancellation is not the level of service I expect. Very disappointing experience, and I won't be ordering from them again.

Now 31st Still no refund.

Dispatch and delivery was fast and well communicated

We have always had good service from Enrgtech Ltd, and never had any issues with our orders

Ordered some hard to source arc flash gloves. Very happy with the service.

The items was exactly as advertised and when I contacted the team they were able to inform me of the delivery schedule

Yet another company that claims to have stock in hand but don't. Placed an order on the 11th July 2026 chased it today (very long wait online) only to find out they are not expecting stock until Feb 2027 then issued a credit note having asked for a full refund. I'm now told a full credit takes 15-30 days given they have had my money fo 10 days already this is far beyond a reasonable period for a refund.

Recieved email but still say 7 to 30mdays for a refund.
Hardly a fast service.

Utterly appalling delays in returning the £137.06 I personally will always avoid this company
