Cancelled an order the day it was placed, still no refund almost a month later and with me chasing them. Seeing Google reviews, this seems normal for them. Avoid!

Edited to add I see the same boiler plate response has been added to my review as others. Instead of taking my details, why not just action all outstanding refunds immediately?

I have no idea whether this company has any genuine trading component or not, but they certainly have a good line in fictitious web information and scams involving (non)refunds. My story is like many others on this site. Ordered components shown in stock in August 2025, multiple delays in re-ordering, creative reasons why they couldn't do a refund, eventual offer of a credit note which they failed to honour when presented with an order for components "in stock" (to the tune of hundreds in some cases). Eventual ghosting when the excuses ran out.

My advice is have nothing to do with this company and, if you are sucked in, to insist right away on a refund to your credit card. When that fails, as it almost certainly will, begin a dispute with your bank well within the card company's allowable disputation period.

Finally, its unclear whether the (apparently) Philippines based scam team (whom I can't name) have any corporeal form, but be wary.

I'm amused at the standard "reply" to complainants here and feel it may be a product of the same mind that generated the last reason for no refund: "Due to management approval on monetary refunds being tied to internal budget allocation and scheduled fund releases, the quickest way for you to access your funds is through a credit note". The credit note option was, of course, shown to be bogus as well.

Edit: Within a very short time of this review being published I was contacted by Enrgtech telling me they were processing my refund. Eight months after the order placement, and five months after its cancellation, I received the card refund which, despite all the excuses previously given, turned out to be an easy process. I'm glad to get the money back and appreciative of the Trustpilot forum. Save yourself stress and avoid similar problems by buying elsewhere.

I have now been waiting 10 weeks for a refund, after ordering goods that could not been delivered, because they were out of stock.

I’ve repeatedly been emailed with the message "there is a delay due to “issues with the IT system”. Interestingly, the website is still taking orders and staff are answering the phones, so the system clearly works for that — just not for processing refunds.

If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will be reporting the transaction to my bank as fraud.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company, it only costs you a lot of time and frustration!

Wish i had read some of these reviews before i made the mistake of dealing with this company.They are blatant rip off merchants.

Placed an order beginning of December and was told it would be delivered in time for Christmas,17th December came and after calling the office was told the item would be delivered around mid January,i then cancelled and was told a refund would be issued,still awaiting this refund almost 4 months and countless emails later,

Failed to deliver the requested, then failed to refund, I'm not letting this go, if it's not a scam then they have nothing to worry about. This has remained unresolved for 7 months.

Customer service explain well when asked. Very friendly and adept on the product knowledge. Recommended to ask for their help before choosing the product.

My order was tiny in the big scheme of things. It was still dealt with quickly and efficiently and I was kept aware of its shipment and proposed arrival. I wouldnt hesitate to place a larger order should the opportunity arise

Excellent communication, fast delivery

Good customer service, we were advised of a delay in advance and we were able to pass this information onto our customer who appreciated the quick, honest feedback.

We placed an order via their website and we chased the order but it did not arrive.
We requested a refund and were assured this would be done.
It has now been in excess of 6 months and we have still not received the refund.
They have not responded to emails.
Please do not use this company.

I placed an order for a part that was listed as "In Stock".
Four weeks later, after no communication whatsoever from Enrgtech, I spoke with their "Customer Service" on the phone. After several days of investigating, they informed me that the part had never actually been in stock, and that it would be delivered in 3 weeks time.
I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. They advised me that it would take 3-6 weeks to process a refund. Luckily, I made this purchase with a credit card, so I will be getting a refund via that route instead.

Good service , reasonable delivery, customer service follow up

Ordered 2 packs of cable glands but only received 1 pack. Spoke to them and she was trying to tell me that 1 pack of 2 is qty 2. Clearly not what it says on their website. On their website clearly states 1 pack of 2. Still not heard anything back.

I have been sourcing parts from Enrgtech for many years now, and they are a go-to supplier for many of the products I require. I find they always have stock availability and frequently carry the components we need.

The website's browsing and filtering tools are easy to use; being able to narrow down technical specifications. Orders are always processed efficiently and delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
