Confusing ordering system. Poor communication between internal departments. (I was hounded for payment when the order was not yet completely fulfilled). No freebies for extra trouble caused by poor quality product that had to be reprinted.

Lack of communication from Entripy on order status. Order was delayed without notification. Order was then rushed through production and final product did not look like proof at all.

I find the sizes fluctuate every time I order from you. These hoodies are quite large. I fit a large usually and this order I am fitting into small. This means that everyone of my staff is wearing hoodies that are too big for them. I’m hopeing they shrink in the wash!

Great website and platform to place orders. It was easy and fast. Sample was ready very quickly to make any changes online or proceed. You can save some money if you are not in a rush which is great. Quality of shirts was 100% perfect. The embroidery was very nice and the shirts were amazing. A++++++

The printing on the shirts and hoodies was not centered on some of the items. They made me jump through hoops in order to finally resolve the issue. I was very disappointed by the way they handle the situation...our school as well as myself give them a lot of business. They treated me like I was the one who had made the error. AND...the words that were printed on the shirts could were so simple to centre... my grade 3 students could have done a better job lining the words up.

Good quality at a reasonable price. The embossing of the logo was good too.
