We cannot recommend Ross, Erin and the team at Envoy Financial enough. As a first-time buyer, the entire process seemed incredibly daunting, but Ross was a guiding light from start to finish.

Lauren is fantastic, very helpful and understanding and is always there to answer any queries or concerns. Had issue with purchasing my flat due to legal issues from selling point of view but Lauren took it apon herself to find me a mortgage that supported.

Over 6 month period she is always communicating and even after the purchase always a text and phone call aways.

Communication was excellent, clear, concise, super flexible with contact times. There was no upsell for better commission, pushing you this way or that. A solution was provided based exactly on my needs, alternatives were discussed with positives and negatives and then recommendations were suggested based on my circumstances.

For what is one of the most stressful endeavours people can do, they removed the stress.
