I never write reviews for any place I shop at online but with EO Distribution I feel like I should tell everyone about this company.
I bought a Refurb Samsung flip phone back in November and when it arrived it was just as described, brilliant condition, it was practically new. Loved my new phone.
Fast forward 7 months to June the phone developed faults which I can only express that after researching online that these were mainly issues due to how the phones are made and not of EO's fault. Basically these phones are known to develop cracks on screen. However another issue arose and the phone when flipped would turn itself off, again reading online this could just be a fault of how a flip phone is made. So these two issues combined meant I couldn't use the phone at all so I gave EO Distribution a message through eBay as it was covered under eBay's 1 year refurb warranty. After a few messages troubleshooting and still couldn't be solved they asked me to send in the phone for inspection.
So I sent it in on the Monday, they received it on the Tuesday and refunded on Tuesday afternoon.
I just want to let everyone know this company is amazing and I will be buying from them again. Highly recommended!!

Excellent Reliable Service, Highly Recommend!
I ordered a phone via their eBay Website and when it arrived I wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the item. However, I contacted them and they were fast to respond and resolve my issue by sending out a replacement handset. I can't praise EO Distribution enough, they are quick to reply and resolve any issues. Additionally, they offer a professional and reliable service. 6 months on. I downloaded a Samsung update, UI 6 1 and the touchscreen stopped working.
EO distribution asked me to return it for a full refund. No fuss, and refund received the day they got it back. Fantastic service!
