Great service from Darren, assisting with pest problems in one of my rental properties.
Darren provided an extremely efficient service and updated me/tenants throughout the pest control process.
He responded very quickly to my concerns and attended promptly to eradicate the problems.
Darren provided me with a comprehensive report which I have forwarded to the building management company to alert them.
Will definitely use EPB Pest Control again!

I have had a mice infestation which Darren has attended to. He is always very through. He is very reliable. He also puts me at ease as I am petrified of mice. I would definitely recommend him. He also charges fairly.

I approached this company for an enquiry about bedbugs in my flat. The communication was very professional, and decided to get its service. Daz managed to arrive at my flat on the same day, and dealt very efficiently with the infection. I highly recommend this company because its professional and knowledgeable approach to deal with customers and their infection situation. Really worth it

Darren came really quickly, found the problem, and sorted it out over a couple of visits. We haven’t had any issues since. He is personable and reassuring and gets the job done. Highly recommended.

Darren was very informative and helpful from the start. He explained everything clearly for us. He was on time and carried out the treatment in a good manner. Unfortunately for us this method of treatment didn’t work for our situation. (Bed bugs). He explained that it would take a few days but for myself the situation didn’t feel like it was getting better, so we ended up throwing the bed away.

Darren and Del fitted our solar panel pigeon proofing. Great communication, competitive quote and really quick and easy to get it all arranged. Both carried out the work paying great care and attention to the whole of our property. Super quick and thoroughly professional service. Highly recommended!

Don’t trust this company or the reviews here. Reviews are probably by people they know. There are far better companies out there. Darren is insincere. He says one thing and then delivers something else. They are also frequently late when attending and have a sloppy attitude about them. I wait to see their response here as they are good at deflecting.

UPDATE - As expected, great at deflecting and deceiving. How they made up a 'Mark' is actually laughable. And also apparently if you leave other reviews on the same day, accordingly yo EPB you are a fake reviewer!! Haha what a joke of a company.

EPB are good on trustpilot and thats only because you DARE give them a bad review, Darren will be at your door with something more than just mouse traps. BE AWARE OF DARREN AND BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING WITH THEM. There are many more friendly companies out there.

Once they have your money, you can forget about the rest.

Excellent job renewing the old pigeon-proofing around our solar panels. Darren and Del removed the old wire netting and nest debris from under the panels where the birds had managed to loosen the mesh. Well they won't be able to do that again! The heavy-duty screening the boys have installed is really strong and truly pigeon-proof and securely fastened to the panels. Darren and Del were helpful and friendly, very quick and tidy. On the whole a real quality job and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending EPB Pest Control Limited. Thanks guys!

I am a pensioner of 75 and when I discovered mice in the ground floor of my house I asked a friend for a recommendation, which is when I called Darren.
He made an appointment, came promptly and set traps. He was very pleasant and helpful, no fuss, no mess. He returned on 23rd March to inspect traps, re-set and block entrances which mice had been using. He will be making a third visit in a fortnight.
He is very efficient, works hard and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I contacted Darren about a problem with mice he visited next day. Service was excellent .Darren found where mice were entering property put bait down on next visit he sealed holes where rodents were getting in to house. I would recommend this company

We had a problem with rats entering a property. Darren came at very short notice and quickly identified and solve the problem. EPB provide a thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service. Their charges are very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I took a shot in the dark coz of the great reviews and hit Bullseye. Darren is a consummate professional at the very top of his game. Mice in a 1900 terrace in London is some of his bread n butter. He was so mindful of our dog too. He explained everything in detail and ensured realistic expectations were met. Lovely person to have to help a troublesome issue. You pay for what you get and with Darren it’s pure quality.

i contacted Darren in the middle of the night due to frustration of my pest problem, he replied by the morning and was there later that day!
he was quick, efficient, clean and positive! he kept me in the loop with where my bugs were hiding (somewhere i didn't even realise myself).
its been 4 months and there has been no sign of a return from the bugs!
