Ok, having to deal with rats at your property is never going to be grand. But I am happy to give Billy Clarke 5 stars as he was able to tell me where the problem lay, and also took action hopefully preventing reoccurrence. Knowledgeable, cheerful and polite.

The technician was excellent, professional and supportive.
Communication with the central office to book appointments is not always straightforward. It would be more convenient if bookings could be made directly with thetechnician.

A very quick response to my request and attention by Alistair. He was very good in advising me about my problem with the squirrels and the process that he would be using to eradicate the pests.

Brilliant service, checked the whole house and neighbours and offered lots of informed advice. Explained everything really well and help sort our mice issue within the time frame they advised. Second time we have used them and both times have been excellent. Highly reccoment

At first I thought they seemed really professional and promised to helped me with a rat issue, they said for the price they quoted I would have an initial visit with follow ups, warranty with them for six months so I could call them back at any time and that they would find and seal the entrance the rats were getting through too.They didn’t explain I’d be left to deal with dieing rats coming out into the kitchen and leaving me to remove them myself, they never did in there 2 visits detect or seal where the rats were getting in, even though I said I had a hole going to outside left from a Plummer. I asked when it would be done and was told to chase it up, but this was never responded too. I’ve now been told it’s been three months so I will have to pay again even though I’ve been calling them and there phone line has been dodgy and cutting me off, my emails have been ignored until I said I would take it further. I made it clear at the beginning I am disabled with two disabled kids and this was an emergency but soon as a couple visits went they just started avoiding me! I feel very stressed and let down, I advice you do not trust this company as they are already in breach of our contract and I will be taking this further.

They did exactly what they said they’d do. Very efficient .

My problem today was rats under my shed. Very quick response. Alistair is an expert who recognises the habits of rats and baited the areas as required.
I am confident the rats will soon disappear

I had a great experience with Danny Lombardi today. He was extremely professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work. What really stood out was how friendly and approachable he was throughout — he took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable and informed at each step.

It’s not always easy to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a positive attitude, but Danny definitely does. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to him.
