My order was “delivered” but MIA. I told them about my missing order, and they actually told me to investigate the issue with the USPS and let them know what I find out. Seriously, this is what they told me to do.
Laughable customer service.
UPDATE: I appreciate the company’s equally candid response to my initial candid review. My replacement order arrived as scheduled and I didn’t even have to launch a massive inquest into the inner workings of my local post office after all. So that was nice.

It is our standard procedure to have customers reach out to the delivery service in cases where packages are mark delivered but not received. This is because often the local delivery service has knowledge of mistakes made and can relocate your package and deliver it to you quickly.
