We are terribly sorry about not being able to give you the information you requested. We strive to give our customers the best service possible but sometimes outside factors can get in the way. Due to global supply chain problems some of the manufacturers we purchase from have had a hard time knowing when their products will become available, and we can only rely on them for the most up to date information about shipping dates. Customers may always have their payments refunded for pre-orders they no longer wish to wait for. We also can swap out pre-orders for anything available at our warehouse today.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Immediate response on shipping, of which I was suspicious because it's easy to set up a shipping number and not ship until later, but the order arrived just a few days later. About 5 days from order to delivery.

I placed my order on 1/5/22 and item shipped on 1/6/22. Paid $28.99 for 1-2 day shipping with a scheduled delivery date of 1/12. It’s 7:30 on 1/12 and STILL don’t have my order. Clearly not express shipping. Won’t be ordering from here anymore!
