Beautiful piece. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the item took quite a while to arrive.

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I got a defective ring which broke and lost the stone. They won't replace the stone or the ring. I'm out several hundred dollars for absolutely nothing. Disgusting and disgraceful. Find another place to buy your jewelry.

I ordered the round cut Moissanite infinity band set for my wife and the setting totally fell off after only about twenty days of owning it. My wife looked down at her finger and the setting was just gone. I emailed the company and they replied expressing remorse and asked if I could send some pictures so they could “review my case and find a solution for me”. I sent the pictures and waited a few days, nothing. So I reached out again and asked if they’d gotten the pictures that were attached to the email and if they were able to review my case. It’s now been about a week and I still have gotten no reply. So here I sit, poorer but wiser.
Edit: after getting a response to this negative review, I did what they asked and sent pictures of the damaged ring alongside pictures from their website of the same product. It’s been four days now, and I’ve gotten no response, not even a “these pictures weren’t clear enough, can you send more?“ which tells me that they only replied to the negative reviews on here to give the illusion that they care about customer service, and then they ghost you.Buyer beware!

My ring was gorgeous it looked exactly the same as the picture..delivery time was great my only problem was I ordered a 5ct not anticipating it would be so huge so my next order will be a 3ct however I'm still happy with my original purchase.

The ring looked exactly like the picture. The delivery time was faster than expected. It is a high quality ring for such a good price!! I highly recommend everyone get their promise rings here!!!!

Lovely necklace and earrings. Sparkling and high quality, perfect for my wedding and many future anniversaries. As I believe the gold vermail and stones are genuine and thoughtfully crafted, I hope to pass them down as a heirloom. I also like the gift they sent, it was a pearl anklet. Great customer service, responsive to my questions about the piece and concern that it would arrive in time for my wedding. Thank you!

Terrible. Never sent the item and still charged me. Extremely unprofessional and liars. Don’t do business with them. I will report them to the BBB.

The ring was amazing, my wife liked it so much. The quality of it was outstanding.

My ring was beautiful. I got a 5ct but then decided I wanted a 3ct instead. The return process was smooth & my refund deposited shortly after. Great communication. I’m trying to decide which style I want for the next one but when I decide it will be them I replace my ring with. Thanks Epi.

I have not yet received my order and got an email saying I had received it. I was also told it would take 3-4 business days and it has been 6. I will change this review once fixed.

The rings I received are beautiful and the email support was accurate and helpful. There was an issue with the delivery date at checkout. The page claimed 1 to 3 days for delivery. They were deceptively referring to the shipping timeframe not actual time to deliver. As such the rings arrived later than expected. Additionally the chat support on the site was awful; when I asked what hours the chat was available, I received a response several hours later simply stating ‘we’re open now’. Not helpful. With these issue in mind I would still recommend ordering here, but know the delivery stated on the checkout is not an actual estimate of when you’ll receive it, and if you need support I recommend their email option.

I’m so happy with my ring! The sparkle on Moissanite is beautiful. The shine on the setting is excellent. Overall, gorgeous ring! They have great customer service and very fast response. So far the ring is still in excellent shape. I definitely recommend.

I got the ring and it was so much better than i was expecting sometimes you order something online and when you get it you want to cry which is what i did to the ring before this one but this one turned out great 😊

Had an issue with a ring. Sent back the first time because it was tarnished less than 6 months after receiving, a second time a few days later because a stone fell out. While turn around is not quick, customer support was thorough and efficient.

The ring was perfect my fiancé loved it and it was worth every penny thank you EPI
