I was working through out this process with Charlene Moore. From the beginning it was easy to connect with her. Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and patient with all my questions, in this totally unknown process. I highly recommend her.
The choice of the second lawyer, was expensive.
All together, I.m happy is over, and one big load off my shoulders.

I had an appointment for a representative to call me, which was confirmed by email from EQ bank. When no one had called 15 minutes after the agreed time I called customer service and they put me on hold while they checked and when they returned they said that the representative was tied up on another call but would call me back shortly. I waited one hour and nothing happened and I never received an explanation. Left a bad feeling abut their customer service representatives.

I found it a little confusing learning about reverse mortgages. Glenda Neill was very helpful explaining the policies and procedures I would highly recommend her and this company.
