Only 1 small problem I was left on hold for 15 plus minutes to discuss my renewal. It would have been better to request a callback. Once I got through, lovely staff, professional service.

Answered the phone right away
Answered the phone right away, quick and easy to insure our new van. Unlike our normal insurance company which did not answer or return our call. Fair price and easy to deal with.

The call handler was very nice
The call handler was very nice, polite and friendly on the phone. This was the best insurance policy I could find that had everything I wanted at a good price.
