First order didn’t arrive. Second order finally delivered a month after the original order. After only wearing my equidry raincoat a handful of times the zip has come off. I’ve reached out twice to the company with no reply. £140 for a raincoat that’s no use just as the wet season is in full flow. Seriously unimpressed

After standing in the pouring rain today for about two hours and remaining dry I thought it's about time I gave my Equidry Coat a review. These coats are amazingly waterproof, easy to move in and have very handy zips. I have recommended them to lots of people I know.

I’ve just received my equidry coat for my dog and I’m absolutely delighted with it, very fast delivery. It’s a little big round his middle but the length is perfect and as he’s only 7 months old I’m sure he’ll grow into it. Obviously I haven’t tried it in wet weather but I’m definitely looking forward to giving it a whirl. The leg straps at the back are brilliant, not thin and flimsy but thick and strong, which is exactly what I need for my very powerful German Shepherd.
I’m so glad my daughter found your stall at The Horse of The Year Show in Birmingham.

I had been trying to decide which main brand Equestrian riding coat to buy .

Unfortunately I took a little too long and by the time I had decided on the Equidry coat I had missed the sale by 8 hours.

After speaking with Becca on FB messenger. She first of all advised which size would be better . Then also said that she would match the sale price for me as the sale had finished on a Sunday and I wasn't able to contact anyone from Equidry to answer my queries prior to ordering .

I am now waiting on delivery of my Equidry Evolution mesh long coat and can't wait to try it out .

On a positive note delivery was swift, and my order arrived within 2 days.

However, I was thoroughly disappointed with the sizing. The sizing advice chart on their website is inaccurate.
I am a size 8/10 so as per their size advice I ordered a S which is apparently supposed to be a size 10/12, waist supposed to be 30cm. The leggings I received have a 24cm waist. That's way too small for a size 10/12. Not even close to true to size.
Customer service not at all helpful about it. They do not offer exchanges and they do not offer prepaid returns labels.
So I have to fork out due to their mistakes.
The products are good, but I would recommend sizing up to avoid disappointment and excess delivery costs.

Amazing service..... the item I ordered was out of stock but the guys at EQUIDRY couldn't have been more helpful it resolved! Then my jacket arrived so quickly & looked fantastic. Tested it on a rainy hack on the weekend! Everyone else was very jealous!!!!! Will definitely be back for more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fast delivery, easy to order on website.
Ordered xxs for my 13 year old daugther, fits well and ive worn it myself (size 12). Definitely well needed with the storms we've had. Kept us dry

I contacted them post placing my order, explaining we’d been let down for an item (from a different company) for my daughter’s bday, and asked if they could send with a degree of urgency.
It’s was delivered the next day! Not even 24hrs later.
And to top it off, they popped a hat in the parcel too, as a ‘happy bday gift’

Ordering is always so easy. Delivery always quick and any queries are responded to fast. Brilliant from start to finish.

Extremely helpful and great customer care and would recommend EQUIDRY to anyone for outdoor activities.

The quality of the jacket was excellent and praise be it had an inside pocket which I so wanted. It’s the most practical and secure pocket for a phone. Sadly I had to send it back. When they say oversized they really really mean it. Even the smallest would be way too large (I’m 5’ and 8 stone! They reimbursed without a quible. Lovely firm, great practicality - such a shame.

Purchased a coat from Equidry on 15th Feb 2025 at a cost of £189 after 3 weeks later the stitching started to fail! It had only been worn about 5 times at most 😖

Advised Equidry! A load of pictures later They want it returned for them to inspect it! That’s great 🤷‍♀️ 7 days return window But it needs to cleaned and dried before you can return it!

What 😩 now that’s waterproofing f@@ked! “that’s ok you can reproof it” What! spend more money on special soaps & reproofing the bloody coat that you just paid £189! Just so you can wear it a handful of times!

This is my second Equidry an it will be my last quality is not it used to be!

Ordered the Equidry pro ride evolution after debating for a while due to the price.
Dispatched & arrived quickly with great tracking.
Item is perfect for riders, definitely go with the sizing they recommend as they are very oversized. Designed with everything riding related in mind - hood fits over hats, can easily fit a body protector on underneath, leg straps & zips so that it comfortable fits over saddle.
Great quality, very warm to wear and have a god amount of pockets :)
Would recommend to anyone thinking of purchasing, they are pricey but well worth the money.

Bought my first Equidry coat and I am happy with it. However it has worn holes through the left knee of both a pair of jeans and a pair of leggings. I had walked for around an hour in it and had the front zip open at the bottom. Customer services response was very quick but not especially helpful. The end of the zip must have rubbed against my knee whilst I was walking. The advice given was to keep the zip fully done up all the time. Seems odd?? Very pleased with the coats performance otherwise.

Just received my first coat. Fast, hassle free delivery, very high quality product. Recommended by others and clearly superior to other makes sold in shops. I’ll be purchasing more from equidry. What a great business!

This has got to be hands down one of the best coats ever. I need something that was versatile enough to use around the yard and riding but also for walking. I bought it back in October when the weather was still surprisingly warm. I got the thin fleece fixed hood version. It arrived and I used it straight away. It’s warm without being stifling. So many pockets and the leg straps are great. Even when not riding. The highlight of it has got to have been today though. I’ve come for a break to York and the weather decided to surprisingly take a turn for the worse. We woke up to snow. My husband had intelligently told me to put the coat in my boot because he thought it would be cold and I’d need it. I was adamant that as this was a girls break I wouldn’t be wearing it. Wanted to look a bit nicer lol. Anyway in comes the cold weather, wet and windy. Awful. For the morning I had my normal coat on but by 11am I decided I need to switch it out. I thought the weather is so bad I don’t care if I’m wearing a bright red coat with equidry written all over it. Well not only was it a lifesaver keeping me warm and dry but two people came up to me to say they wish they’d worn theirs. So I’m starting a “just wear the equidry coat” campaign. Well worth the money. And suitable for all activities lol
