I recently purchased the Samshield Victorine Competition Jacket and had a great experience from start to finish. The website was very easy to navigate, with clear product information and a smooth, straightforward checkout process. Finding the right jacket and completing my purchase was quick and hassle-free. I’m very happy with my experience and can’t wait to wear my new Victorine jacket in competition! Highly recommend!

I ordered a couple of items and noticed the delivery date given was only two or three days away, which I was skeptical about as I am in Singapore, and the items were shipped from Ireland.
To my absolute surprise (and delight!) they arrived exactly on the date I was given! Fantastic delivery speed, and very pleased I managed to find the loop rein handles for our hippotherapy riders.

Very quick and efficient communication. Great team of professionals. Every request was dealt immediately and I was happy with the product I bought.
Thank you!

Super Great, fast delivery, very kind and easy to work with.

Fearghal helped me identify the correct product (bit), translate my requirement to match the product spec and kept me up to date as my order was being processed. Now I have the correct bit width and fitting for my horse. Very patient and ensured I received the correct product.

Efficient service, lovely staff, very helpful. Ordered two bits on a Monday at 12 noon and was delivered Tuesday morning!
Fearghal was really helpful and quick to reply to queries ! 10/ 10 recommend 👌

The international shipments was really quick!

We are always very hsppy with Equijump not just for the product but also for service and assistance.

My trainer sent me for a particular bit. I was able to find the bit and narrow it down to the correct size and port. Shipping was straightforward and had tracking. Bit arrived and it looks great. Customer services has been prompt and friendly.

Super quick response from team, they took time to answer all my questions and package was received within 2 days, great service

He talked me through exactly what I needed in a very efficient manner.
I will definitely use this website again. Highly recommend *****

Lovely collar - looks gorgeous on our collie German shepherd cross. Fabric not a sturdy a wool as expected but it is soft so probably comfortable for her. The clasp is a bit heavy which took her a bit to get used to but it comes to the front which with the gold makes it look like a necklace - very pretty. 4/5 as I’m still unsure how the fabric will hold up.

Fast delivery to the U.S. And they added a cute, reusable EquiJump bag!

Excellent quick service, hassle free. 100% recommended.

I got a saddle fitted within hours of contact,Reece showed great knowledge about how the saddle would fit my horse and me and when purchasing I had the saddle delivered in a small number of days, when I need anything fitted I will certainly be using this company again

Arrived as said and on time

The shipment has been held up by DHL acting under the NZ MPI provision for clearance into Nz .
There was lack of details on the order as to what it insists of and whether it is exempt from regulations .

Great communication, fast service.
