What was good was the huge choice of watch bands available; and the unbelievable delivery within 24 hours which was both excellent and incredible!! A great service to behold and I got the band I wanted.
Luckily, NZPost was not involved otherwise it could have taken weeks.

I ordered a watch strap that wasn't the right size, Equipo made the exchange/return process so easy and were so helpful, especially Becky :-) I have had a silicone strap from Equipo that I have now replaced with a milanese strap which I love even more!! What makes it better is the pricing is so good! Thank you again!

When my Equipo replacement strap for my Garmin Fenix 6 unexpectedly failed, I let Equipo know, even though I was out of the guarantee period. Without hesitation Equipo kindly offered to replace the strap, which arrived within 2 days!! Amazing customer obsession and solidly standing behind their products. You can't ask for more.

Fantastic customer service experience.
Strap was out of stock; agent contacted me asking how I wish to proceed, either wait for restock, alternative strap or a refund. I chose to wait. Took 2 weeks but soon as atock was in it was shipped. Strap arrived 1 day after shipment was confirmed.

Strap itself is much better than the old S3 frontier they previously used to sell as the keep locks have little ridges on them that prevent them from falling off, Strap is a little thin but still of good quality.

10/10 highly recommend service and product.
