So quick and easy to order and quick delivery. I loved the different colour options.

I have ordered items 6 times from Equipo. They all have been as exactly as described, good quality, delivered quickly.

Watch strap ordered and arrived the following day, and it was exactly as advertised. Perfect fit for my Garmin Vivoactive, and so comfortable. My skin was reacting badly to the supplied silicone strap, so to have a great alternative supplied so quickly and without any fuss was much appreciated. Will use again, and will suggest to my wife as well.

The whole process was very efficient and fast. Beautifully packed and the packed clearly marked. The Courier driver handed it to my wife on our driveway. I posted a 1 star review on a product that didn't work. They responded via email but when I went back to the website to adjust my 1 star review, it is not to be found anywhere, and oddly, there are zero reviews under 3 stars. Dodgy af.

I ordered a screen protection case for fitbit sense 2 watch. The screen protection case was scratched quite badly. And the watch strap that I ordered in Vintage Gold is the same as Retro Gold. Both painted in the same frosty colour, which the paint chips off after a few weeks. Equipo reached out and resolved the issue. Appreciate your help in this matter.

Disappointing experience unfortunately. The nylon strap listed as compatible with the Garmin Forerunner 265s does not fit correctly, and despite the website advertising a “100% money back guarantee”, the returns process has involved quite a bit of back and forth and only initially offered store credit rather than a refund.

I highly recommend this company. Great to deal with. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size strap and the exchange process was very quick and efficient. Excellent! Very happy

Customer service is a lost art, but not on Becky and the team of Equipo. Thanks again for great communication, speedy assistance and a awesome digital smile with the whole process.

Quality control checks failed 2 times on 2 different orders. Makes things worse....I then get ridiculous communication from them to resolve the issue.

Not happy and will not order again. Should have learnt from 1st order but gave them 2nd chance and they f'd up again. C ya...Lost a customer from this BS
End result they sent & I got the correct cover on both occasions. Still won't be buying again.
