I have several of these hi viz waistcoats, they fit nicely and the zipped pockets are very useful and secure for keys and phone.

Nicky from eqi safety was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I tried the air hi viz on before I purchased it, and the other one I got for a friend, she said any issues just bring it back, for sizing etc.
The hi viz fits true to size, very comfortable, hard wearing and really let’s traffic know to be cautious passing horses.
Lovely woman, company and I’ll be definitely visiting her store again soon.

I also purchased an anti bacterial dandy brush, which my boy loves, removes dust and mud perfectly, but is also soft enough for horses with sensitive skin.

Great experience from beginning to end. Nicky was proactive and very helpful when the product I originally ordered was out of stock. An alternative was selected and posted in double-quick time. Arrived the next day with free gifts! What’s not to love! ❤️

I used to be a pink girl but due to a packing error am now a red convert! It really is striking!!

Item arrived without any labels on it, so difficult to know if new and authentic product. Also in the wrong box with an incorrect label. When asking for clarification it took weeks, to get a response. I appreciate they apologised for a late response but I needed to know in a timely fashion as it was a gift.

Excellent product and good price on offer. Was expecting free boots but was told they didn’t apply even though the website said they did.

Nice Waistcoat and Lightweight Waterproof Hi Vis Jacket, there was a little issue with letter "A" in Equisafety label on Jacket, the owner solved this problem very well, quality is high, I am satisfied, very usefull item for bicycle riding. There was very fast international tracked shipping via Royal Mail 👑🇬🇧👑

Ordered a Hi Viz vest to be picked up at the store but was delivered to my address. The vest is a great fit and looks smart.

I made an error with an order & Nicky was super helpful in sorting it out on my behalf. I have always been pleased with purchases from Equisafety & would definitely recommend.

I had previously purchased an Equisafety Polite hi vi vest. Absolutely loved it. Such good quality and features that I wanted. Unfortunately, the chequered strap on the back started to come adrift. I could not find the receipt hence couldn't even say for definite when I purchased it. I telephoned Equisafety and they were so helpful. (I had already sent an email showing the fault). Nicky immediately stated that she would send out a replacement and apologised. I really do appreciate good customer service. 5 Stars. Thank you.

I purchased a helmet which was listed as in stock on their website. After waiting several weeks for delivery I reached out and was informed the hat was not in stock and it was a special order. I agreed to wait the 6 weeks for delivery. 6 weeks then came and went and when I followed up I was informed this was due to a delay with Charles Owen. Confused as this hat was manufactured by Champion i replied and they assured me it would ship in a week. I figured I had waited so long I could wait another week. A week came and went and more excuses from Equisafety. I received a tracking notice from Equisafety and the delivery confirmation was to their address! At this point it’s clear I’ve been scammed out of my money. I requested a refund but none was sent—luckily I paid through PayPal so opened a case. PayPal found in my favor and ultimately I was refunded no thanks to Equisafety who had my money for 5 months. An absolute scam of a company who lied and did not provide clear communication. They cited this website as proof they are a reliable company, so I shall use this platform to share that they are absolutely NOT trustworthy. BUYER BEWARE!

I'd love it if they diversified the colors (for the men's range) and considered personalising the message at the back.

Fantastic customer service and fantastic products. After being let down by another company I went to equisafety for my hi viz products.
