The equisafety air waistcoat is…

The equisafety air waistcoat is amazing. The colour is great for this time of the year and the writing on the back tells cyclists/vehicles to pass wide and slow. A plain hivis does not have the same effect!

Hi-Viz could save you & your pony's lives!

Recently put my little piebald coblet back into harness & he's loving it. However in low Autumn sunshine you couldn't see him clearly on our narrow country lanes. Solution - 2 Equisafety Polite nosebands sewn together & slipped over his breast harness, another on his little nose & topped off with a wonderful pair of Hi-Viz ears.
Boy can they see us coming now - will never drive again without them year round - he's too precious for that!! Great service & superfast delivery - Thank You Equisafety (Sara & Rocky the small but mighty coblet)

Great customer service

The customer service was incredible. Nicky was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my (fabulous) new hat was exactly right for me. It's perfect. Thank you so much. I'll definitely purchase from here next time.

Would highly recommend.Excellent service. I ordered the hi-vis waistcoat at 4pm on Thursday and it arrived by 10.30am the following day! The waistcoat is well-made and fits the description perfectly. Will definitely use this company again.

Great product

Great product- these reflective noseband covers fit even the wider padded nose bands, easy to Velcro on and off and wash well. Not found these anywhere else in years

Love the rug

Love the rug. Well made, good quality, good fit and does what it says on the tin. We can be seen for miles in every direction. Quick delivery. Really happy. Highly recommended
Would love another leg strap though - only got one.

Outstanding service

Nikki from Equisaftey is outstanding in her customer service. I purchased this helmet from Australia and ended up having some serious headaches with RoyalMail. Nikki to the rescue couldn’t do enough to help my daughter receive her new helmet.
Long story short she ended up sending me a 2nd helmet which arrived in Australia today.
Nikki thank you for all your help! My review of your service and help whilst I’m in a different country is 10/10. Will highly recommend your product and services :)

My experience at the store

My experience at the store, unfortunately, was the worst I've ever had.
I bought my vest on 4/07, based on the information on the website I would receive it within 48 hours.... unfortunately I left London without the merchandise, without my money and without any concerns from the store, I sent emails several times explaining until when I would be in London and I didn't even think I received an email worried about my situation!

I paid and I didn't receive the product, I asked for cancellation, I didn't even receive the product. I didn't receive the product or my money back

We were given a false address, Wrong street number, wrong postcode
It was difficult trying to find all the correct information.
This took time to make sure the address was correct.
We sent the parcel through EVRI on the day the world was locked down with the Microsoft issue. This held up the delivery.
The item was delivered on the Wed 24th Jul at 11:04am.
The customer then said she was now in Brazil not London and that it was our fault she had not received the item in time.

We talked to South Bank University and they have no idea who the person was, so we have no way of getting the parcel back to send it to Brazil.

We give brilliant customer service and went above what is expected, to try and help her.

The customer has received the parcel which she confirmed in writing. So we have no idea why she gave us a 1* review?

Some times, it doesn't matter how much excellent customer service you give people, you will never please them all!

Was not sure what type of body…

Was not sure what type of body protector I needed, Equisafety really helped me when I was on the trade stand at Branham. The was perfect and I feel a lot safer riding my youngest now.

Big thankyou for getting my order out so quickly

I ordered a mesh quarter sheet, breast plate and hat band as an emergency order for a BHS ride at the weekend. I placed the order on Monday and email to ask if it could be rushed through. I received an email back to say it would be dispatched that day. I was delighted when it arrived in the Wednesday as we live in the Highlands of Scotland. I would like to say a big thankyou for getting my order out to me so quickly. Great quality products and service.

You must avoid using this company

You must avoid using this company. I brought the Oculos Pro 2k helmet camera for my wife as a birthday present and was very excited for her to start using it. The instructions were shocking and after 2-3 hours my wife finally managed to get it working. After mounting it to her helmet with the sticky pad attachment, and going for her first ride, we found the video to be really juddery. We reached out to Nicky who just suggested we try a different app that would allow us to turn off a setting (why is this not clear in the instructions and why should have to turn off a default setting to get the video to be smooth?!). Having tried this it then stopped working completely! We tried linking it to my phone...nothing, we tried resetting it...nothing. So we reached out to Nicky and asked for a refund, packaging the camera back up and sending it back to Equisafety.
For full transparency, In order to send it back we needed to get the SD Card out and wipe it. Turns out the camera is so poorly designed that the card doesn't come out! We had to use pliers / tweezers to get it out which damaged the top of the card. It still worked, as we plugged it into a computer and wiped it.
Shortly after it arrived back at Equisaftey the accusations from Nicky started. Customer service is clearly not in her repertoire. We were told the case was "Full of Hair" (we have a cat so it is possible a hair or two landed on the case!), that the camera was in "appalling condition" (it had been used once mounted on a helmet and then returned to the house, it was immaculate), that the use of the sticky pad had left the camera unsellable (Seriously!) and the costs of fixing it were so much that they couldn't possibly refund it. All these accusations but not one sentence on whether they had actually tested the camera to see why it no longer worked...at all.
We have advised Nicky we will be taking Equisafety to trading standards and wait, without hope, for a reasonable, professional response.

The below response shows the poor level of customer service. The response is full of inaccuracies and I have the callous and emails to prove it. The sticker was used… as it is supposed to be to use the camera properly! If the camera was in such a disgraceful condition I would like to see photos of the alleged “damage”.

Unfortunately it gets worse. Having rung Nicky to discuss in person i have been told that"she is right". Despite Equisafety having had the camera back for a few weeks now (Nicky wa son holiday for a week so we'll say she has had it for a week) and despite verbally telling me there is nothing wrong with the camera, she is now saying she hasn't had a chance to test the camera and will send a photo of the alleged "disgraceful condition", "when she has time". Nicky has now blocked my number and will not accept any calls from me to try and resolve this. i am left waiting until she sees fit to send me a photo and a report on what is wrong with the camera.
For standard products i suspect you will have a simple experience with Nicky and Equisafety, but as the numerous 1 star reviews suggest, if anything goes wrong, you will have the worst experience possible with this seller.

Equisafety offers a fantastic customer service and we always try to help the customer. Unfortunately David had ordered a cycling camera on the 9th June, but his wife wanted for horse riding. We tried to explained that she would need the harness that goes with the horse riding camera, but we heard nothing back for a few weeks, so naturally we believed he was happy with his purchase.

Out of the blue David sent the camera back. It was in a shocking state, many items were missing, parts broken, and the safety case was covered in pet hair.
His wife had stuck the camera to her horse riding helmet, using the cycling stickers we provide for the cycling camera.

We had never had such a poorly looked after returned item before and unsure of what to do. We took advise from Trading Standards and they told us we should send the item back as it had clearly not been looking after.

It is a shame David felt the need to give Equisafety a 1*, which we disagree with. If he had looked after the camera and sent it back in the state it was sent to him, we could have given him a full refund.

High vis Drama

I ordered a new high vis jacket to go on my motorcycle, Equisafety promptly sent out the order which ended up being lost by Royal Mail. Equisaftey went out of their way to try and resolve the failure of Royal Mail, this turned out to be a fruitless exercise which meant Equisafety had to send out a replacement. The new high vis vest turned up promptly, the quality of the vest is excellent, very pleased with the service offered. I do hope that royal mail pay back Equisaftey for there lost stock.
