Well..what can I say..order arrived before estimated time ( perfect) and was well packaged.thank-you.beautiful quality as always..2nd generation Ercol fan..and still collecting.,

Very quick delivery (about 3 weeks early) but unfortunately no communication at all of when it was being delivered/arriving. Luckily I was at home or there would have been 2 expensive chairs left on my doorstep ! Chairs are beautiful but some marks on one leg & on one fabric seat which wasn’t mentioned on the website. Not enough to justify returning them though.

I recently bought the Ercol Pebble Nest Tables and couldn’t be happier. The design is timeless – simple, elegant, and beautifully made. The craftsmanship is clear in the smooth finish and solid feel, yet the tables are light enough to move around easily. They fit together neatly when space is tight but look just as good used separately. The natural wood grain gives real warmth to the room and works with both modern and traditional furniture. A classic piece of furniture that feels like it will last a lifetime.

The sideboard was just as expected, fits into my room very well.I must compliment the delivery firm,,their service could not be bettered,smart ,helpful and pro fessional.A great asset to the experience of buying from Ercol.

The side table purchased was new but a sale item.
It came within the specified delivery period but there was no warning as to day to be delivered let alone a time slot.
It was well packaged, came as specified and very pleased with the design and finish.
The table isn't as sturdy as I would expect an Ercol product hence the deduction of a star.

It's amazing, proper furniture, well made and carefully packed for transit. The outlet website has a fine selection of furniture, easy to transact with good communication. Up to four weeks before delivery, ours arrived in three exactly when promised and put into the room of our choice.
Might cost a bit more than IKEA, but it's inheritance furniture. ❤️

I bought an ex-display dining table from Ercol Outlet online. Delivery was prompt and the shippers were very polite and helpful. Communication with Ercol was good and efficient.
I'm delighted with the table - a bargain! The quality is first class as you would expect.

Only down side takes ages to get what you have ordered other than that great product

Excellent service with ordering and keeping us info4med regarding delivery. Delivery was smooth and we were very happy with everything, and the sofa.

The sofas were a good price as they had been discontinued. They arrived quickly from the Ercol outlet and were well packaged and delivered by 2 efficient delivery men.
Initially I thought they were too firm but after a few days they have become increasingly comfortable. Not really lounging around sofas though. I would’ve preferred a natural fabric not man made.
They do creak when you sit down but overall £1800 for 2 sofas - we’re pleased.
