From ordering, customer service and delivery, my studio couch arrived safely and without problem.

I bought a studio couch at a great price from Ercol during their outlet sale. It was safely delivered and installed upstairs about 4 weeks later, in perfect condition. I love it! If it weren't for the long wait, I would have given 5 stars. Given that the item I purchased had already been manufactured and was sitting in their outlet store which is only 30 mins drive from where we live, it was a bit frustrating to have to wait 4 weeks after I had made payment to receive the item.

I can’t believe I finally have my dream chairs, I was buying one at a time but the outlet meant that I was able to complete my set. They were delivered and packaged perfectly and I am thrilled.

Great service from Ercol as always. Items very well packed, carefully delivered ahead of time. The quality of the tables and the finish are exceptional and exactly as described. Superb craftsmanship. The tables are a little lighter in colour than I expected but that is my own reading of description as they are exactly as described. I love the fact that wood changes colour over time, therefore this isn’t an issue. This is the 17th item that I have purchased from Ercol over the last decade and I keep coming back because the quality is outstanding and any issue that I have had has been speedily resolved. 1000% recommend

The product from Ercol is of excellent quality as expected.

Whilst designs change over time this piece sits comfortably with and complements our existing furniture. This in part is due to Ercol using timber from trees species that are native to the UK.

Pleased with Ercol product. We usually buy Ercol as they sell stylish, practical and long lasting furniture. Only gave 4 stars as didn't have any notification of delivery date and could have been away when actually delivered.

The sideboard was so beautifully packaged up and just as described on the website. It arrived on time on the day agreed for delivery.
I have bought a few pieces through the Ercol outlet, and have never been disappointed. This is really lovely furniture.

The products we ordered are excellent but we were not given any warning of when the delivery was taking place. The original order indicated 4 weeks but items just turned up at property around 2 weeks after order was placed. It was fortunate that I was at home that day to take the delivery. I had paid for the delivery fee so should have been pre-warned at least?

Exceptional products

I ordered a Bellingdon tv stand. Although the order quoted a 4 week delivery it arrived much quicker. A beautiful piece of furniture and very well packed.
The only issue was that one if the shelf supports was missing but when I contacted customer services they sent me one straightaway. I have bought many pieces of furniture from their outlet and would definitely recommend them.
