The stools we ordered are beautiful and sit well with some vintage Ercol we already had. The delivery by Royal Mail worked well and much quicker than expected.

ercol, was established over 100 years ago in 1920 by Italian designer Lucian R Ercolani in High Wycombe. The ercol office, showroom and factory moved to its current location in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire in 2002. Design has always been at the heart of ercol. Our furniture designs for dining, living and bedroom constantly evolve to reflect how we live today. We have a talented In-house design team and furniture technicians, to create and develop our designs, we also collaborate with external UK designers to create unique pieces all of which are made with integrity and fit for purpose.

Delivery problem.
Extremely pleased with the purchase. As discribed & well priced.
Easy to order ,but delivery did not go to plan.The size if the delivery lorry was extremely large fir devon village roads.Although a double deaker bus drives through the village the delivery lorry couldn't. Without discussion said would take item back!.We would have incurred large charges. We drove our own small van to the lorry and took the item the last few miles. Delivery men not helpful at all. Ercol ,you can do better.

Very positive experience
The furniture I have purchased is beautiful and very well made. I am really pleased with everything.
The delivery company people were also brilliant , carrying the furniture up to my second floor flat, placing it where I wanted it to go and removing all packaging. My experience gives me the confidence to purchase from Ercol again and recommend to family and friends.

Worth Every Penny
We all know that Ercol furniture isn't cheap: but it's worth every penny. Excellent customer service from the day of ordering to the day of delivery. We were lucky enough to only wait for a week for our item from the Ercol Outlet to be delivered. It arrived in perfect condition and looks like new. Very happy with out first order from Ercol - I'm sure it won't be our last!
