Medipol mega Hastanesi’nde burun estetiği ameliyatı oldum. Ameliyat sonrasında burun ucum aşağıya ve sola doğru eğrildi, ayrıca burun sırtımda kemer oluştu. Kontrollerde 18. Aya kadar oturmasını beklemem gerektiği söylendi, ardından da burnumda problem olduğu ve revizyon gerektiği doktor tarafından ifade edildi.
Doktor, revizyon ameliyatını kendi yaptığı buruna uygulayacak olmasına rağmen, sadece ameliyathane ücreti olduğunu söyleyerek benden 1500 euro talep etti ve bu ücreti hastaneye değil,
Bu ücreti ödeyemeyeceğimi belirterek diğer anlaşmalı oldukları hastane için fiyat alınmasını istedim. Bana bu hastanenin hemşire ekiplerinin iyi olmadığını, malzeme taşıdığını vs. Söyleyerek olumsuz bahsetti. Sonrasında “hastaneden ücret bilgisi alıp döneceğiz” denildi ancak nisan ayı başında tekrar yazmama rağmen hiçbir geri dönüş alamadım.
Doktorun bizzat kendi yaptığı burunda sorun oluşmasına rağmen bu kadar yüksek bir ücret talep etmesi ve sonrasında iletişimsiz kalınması nedeniyle mağduriyet yaşıyorum. Eğer yapılan estetikte bi problem oluyorsa dünya hali sonuçta, ama oluşan problemi çözmeye yönelik değillerse hiç etik değil bu davranış. Kendi yaptığım estetiğe revizyon için 1500 euro isteyip geçiştiriliyorsa burada mağduriyet oluşur. Ayrıca yaşadıklarımı Google yorumlarında anlattığımda, yazdığım yorumu da kaldırttılar. İnsanların bu doktora gitmeden önce süreci ve sonrasında yaşanabilecekleri bilmesi, iyi araştırma yapması gerektiğini düşünüyorum
Very satisfied with my septorhinoplasty! The outcome is fantastic- very natural looking, refined nose and my breathing is great! I can absolutely recommend dr Erdal and his team! The only thing I regret is not having done the surgery 10 years ago. Thank you, dr Erdal!
In my experience, the doctor seemed to follow his own preferences rather than truly considering what the patient actually wanted. I would advise others to be careful and communicate their expectations very clearly, because the final result was far from what I had hoped for.
