Recently completed my second investment property with ERE - as with the first, the transaction process was the most straight forward, stress free and timely purchases I've done in 20+ years investing in property. Very shady practices: this is my experience with this company. In the context of a council housing refurbishment project, they demanded full cash payment only and in return they supposedly took care of solicitors' fees and stamp duty. The two solicitor companies they work with are so unprofessional that the sale document was full of mistakes!! When I told them I was going to use my own solicitor I was informed that they would not pay for that and that they would be keeping my £5000 deposit. I have reported these practices to the Citizens' Advice Bureau and am pursuing getting a refund.

We recently concluded our purchase of an apartment through the super professional ERE Property team. Jake Daniels and Gabriella Mercer are a fabulous team that navigated us through all the complexities and made it feels like a breeze. They are a very responsive, proactive and committed duo. Andnthat helped a lot since we are based in India and has to do everything remotely.

Adam, Gabriella and Shannon did a great job. They were very professional, friendly and supportive. They communicated very well with the solicitors and timely resolved every issue which could delay the process. They are an excellent team.

I bought a new property through ERE as a private investor. The whole process was very simple and Llewelyn and his collages very helpful. I am considering buying another investment property though them later next year.

It’s absolutely not a flake review, I was ERE’s overseas client purchasing a property in the U.K. years ago. It’s meaningless to argue although very doubt who gave 4 or 5 Stars to this company. If you’re preparing a property purchase through ERE, just mindful to do researches on your own to know clearly “what kind of properties” they are selling if you don’t want to suffer heavy losses.

GET RID of ERE if you don’t want to suffer heavy financial loss! They target overseas investors who are not familiar with the UK properties. ERE have been selling properties with very low or no resale value that the local British would not buy, e.g. social housing, high crime rate locations, non standard construction..…. The sharing of 1 Star is just a friendly reminder to who would research before jumping into the investment trap.

5 star experience dealing ere. Very professional efficient and help. They have made buying a property seamless.

Kyle and Katherine led us through the process a step at a time. They responded to questions in a timely fashion and as first time investors in this type of purchase they explained the process clearly.
